The Mod who reviewed it before seems to have not been online for the past days and I am quite worried that the application might be archived.

How do I get a Pureblood census? I see that most others have it and I'm a little confused about how to get it.

{I used to be a member here on this site for a short period of time, but due to complications I have been unable to be active. A lot has changed here and I'm not all to familiar with the changes, so I need some guidance. >.<}

Biography: (300 words minimum.)
The faint scratch of  pen against paper echoed in the expanse study that belonged to the bedridden master of Haus Heidenrich as Rhiannon devoted her keen attention to the papers at hand. Her silvery, pastel blue irises hooded beneath billowing ,decadent lashes that cast a pale shadow across her rosy cheeks. Rhiannon raised a hand to brush her soft blonde locks, then relaxed into the velvet comfort that the chair provided with feline grace. For a moment's respite, she closed her eyes and recollected her life hence young.

She was a pretty little liar in earlier youth, a competently designing pretty little liar, and still is.

Rhiannon was never always like this, she used to cry, be nice, kind and naive like all the other clueless little girls that lived in the household. She had a malign streak and prideful spine, something absent from the antics of her timorous father. Rhiannon always got even, she plotted traps and evil plans that were inevitable for those who crossed her. She did thorough research, bribed and blackmailed, manipulated and convinced others to act as her henchman, Rhiannon was willing to pay for the effort to get even.

Only ever when crossed.

No matter how careful Rhiannon was with her plans, she always felt shrewd eyes brooded over whatever she was doing. It pricked her,it threatened to hook out the unhealthily small remorseful conscience that suffocated all of the lies she's fed herself.
It threatened to expose her to the venomous entity that throbbed beneath her rosy flesh, that was herself.

It did not take her long to realize it was Lady Rhaeghan.

Because of this unlike other girls born of Deiderich name, Rhiannon was raised with the best and only the absolute best upbringing fully deserving of a coming monarch. Though born with an innate elegance inherited from her mother ,whoever she was,  her poise and decorum were beaten in to her until she achieved immaculate perfection. Her mentor being Rhiannon-Rhaegan I, her grandmother, the dowager sovereign of Haus Deiderich. Rhiannon's grandfather married into the Diederich name by mutual agreement on matrilocal terms.Lady Rhaegan held high expectations of her, that much being evident in her own name. She had taught Rhiannon everything she'd known, from political intrigue, psychological manipulation, cunning deception ,physical and mental discipline to powerfully complex magic and high-level potions. The moral conscience died little and little everyday she spent with Lady Rhaeghan, until it was nothing but smoke and ash in her mind. It made her at peace with dealing with whatever amoral deed she had the intent to commit.

Thinking of Lady Rhaegan, Rhiannon felt reluctant gratitude for the loathesome crone.

Rhiannon was made a subject of constant verbal abuse and isolation among younger circles more than ever before because of Lady Rhaegan's favor that also made her equally despicable in the eyes of elders that detested Lady Rhaegan as well. Years of conflict toughened her heart and soul, Rhiannon became a brutally vengeful, mistrustful sociopath who holds a healthy disregard for the law and its administrator. She doesn't play by the word fair simply because it doesn't win.Rhiannon forced herself to conceal the pure malice she was capable of, for diplomatic reasons, under a convincingly sincere veneer of benevolent goodwill.

In the beginning it was difficult for her, faced with enemies from all corners, but it became easier as the years had strengthened her.

Memories of harsh bullying has yet to leave her, making her inept of making long standing friends with anyone other than her household cat. Rhiannon is perfectly comfortable with this situation and is not having any plans to alter it anytime soon.

Rhiannon was an exceptionally gifted child that Lady Rhaegan thought similar to herself,  regal, elegant, presentable, ambitious, morally detached,  equally ruthless and unrelentingly caustic. Though Rhaegan was, by overall, correct, Rhiannon was cruel and acerbic in the politest, most irrefutable way possible. While Rhaegan was assertive and offensive in a frightening sense, Rhiannon had excelled beyond to become ever more frightening with simply a prim smile and extremely hurtful by just one or two succinct sentences.

No matter how Lady Rhaegan desired for Rhiannon to become a second coming of herself, Rhiannon had another design. Though august and illustrious in its line of excellence, beneath the eminence Haus Diederich was a festering cesspool for the deranged and megalomaniac.Other than the scions directly descending from Lady Rhaegan, others could not be possibly sure of their parentage. Due to the complexity of the situation and the dire wish for complete control over Haus Diederich, Lady Rhaegan had disowned a great deal of them.Except for the son she held neither regard nor affection, for he had given her a inheritor.

That was, until the revelation of Rhiannon's younger brother by her later stepmother, a woman of weak resolve and little intellect, named Salome.

Ryszard was coddled affectionately by Lady Rhaegan, Rhiannon knew it insincere but only smiled demurely as seen fitting for a young lady as herself. Salome had been eager to protect her only child, she had sought a chance to deal Rhiannon into an Unbreakable Vow, the price of the gamble though devastating it earned a peaceful life for Ryszard. That much was enough.

It was an easy term for Rhiannon to protect Ryszard, she had the fortune for it from the deal with Salome, and the repertoire from Lady Rhaegan's tutelage.

Ryszard remains the first and only person to illicit an inkling of fondness from Rhiannon.

No matter how little Ryszard played a part in her life, or how deep an enmity he held towards her, Rhiannon felt attached. She found a liking in this boy, feeling envious of his independent freedom despite his disposition. Rhiannon felt some corner in the bottomless gulf of her heart somewhat fulfilled as she freely manipulates Ryszard into sabotaging every little plot Lady Rhaegan has been scheming. She feels that it is a necessary evil against Lady Rhaegan that her brother and herself both indulge in.

Rhiannon feels no remorse for any of her actions, even using Ryszard as a pawn was an enjoyable endeavor for her.

Then at 17, came the day Rhiannon was promised to a squib from an equally renowned family, as a token of alliance between the two families. Rhiannon loathed Lady Rhaegan in the beginning, but understood immediately the careful reasoning behind it.

Lady Rhaegan wanted her to follow in her footsteps, to assume all power in iron grip.

In quiet retribution, the mysterious disappearances of her father, stepmother and other descendants quickly followed after the day of her marriage.Lady Rhaegan would have no other choice for heir other than Ryszard, a wildling, an uncontrollable rebellious wildling.

Or Rhiannon herself, but that would be technically impossible.

She knew that Lady Rhaegan would rather chose someone from her own line who was recklessly defiant than a docile faraway relative as heir.

Rhiannon knew Lady Rhaegan was perfectly aware of her perfect little granddaughter sending her son and daughter-in-law offshore to an unreachable corner of the earth, along with every other eligible candidate for heir with them. Rhiannon took joy in the fact that her grandmother could do nothing about it either.

Rhiannon sighed, her marriage was a game of chess against incompetent opponents that had gone on for 5 years. She had successfully dismantled and handicapped every eligible candidate that endangered her from becoming  rightful proprietor succeeding her husband's death.

The papers and certificates were ready, even a will by her husband's weak hand.

All that she required now, was a catalyst.

Soundlessly, she had risen from her comfortable chair. Though a little disappointed since she had grown attached to this elaborate game, Rhiannon will end it.

The confident clicks of her heels down the hallway followed in her wake as she will personally feed her husbands last dose of medicine.

Weeks later, after the funeral and burial of her late husband, Rhiannon sat in her office again, her nimble fingers swiftly opened an envelope adressed explicitly to
herself and extracted the vellum epistle within. Upon reading the contents, Rhiannon's coral lips curled into a bright smile.

“It seems that I've won,yet again. ”Rhiannon murmured triumphantly as she sent the missive flying gently into the burning hearth. Her monterillo wand of manticore hair,
glinting mischievously in the orange light.

Rhiannon would soon assume the place of guardian for Ryszard Reginheraht Diederich, and temporary Head of Diederich Haus, after the funerary affairs of the late Lady Rhaegan have been dealt with.

She would have to move to the promising land of englishmen, for the moment.

Roleplay Response:
From the cozy warmth of the little establishment that Rhiannon had arranged for the afternoon, she perched her smooth chin on the bridge of her intertwined fingers. The encrusted solitaire diamond on a silver circle on her left hand gleamed in the periwinkle lightning. In her cream coat and posh hat, she was as demure as ever.Rhiannon observed the frantic young woman weaving through an indifferent crowd, so far she understood the woman was ambitious and very eager for success that has yet to come her way.The roseatte was quite confident, from her assertive posture and the undisguised frustration written in her eyes.

The subject assayed the passer-bys for a likely scoop, a journalist or perhaps reporter from the quill and notepad. The reporter marched off half defeatedly down the end of the alley and out of Rhiannon's sharp sight.

Leaving her steaming pot of tea and virgin pastry behind, Rhiannon generously tipped the maitre d' and strolled with firm stride towards the direction of the disappeared redhead.

“Merlin’s fog watch, my heel is broken! Help!”

Upon hearing the redhead's distressed call, Rhiannon's lips curled into an intrigued smile. It was about time she found a plaything to toy with.

She swiftly trod towards the distraught woman,in her eyes sincere concern resultant of many years of rigourous practice, Rhiannon asked softly as she knelt downwards. Her voice mellifluous and alluring, with a hint of exotic charm.

“Are you alright?”
