NPC Death

Hi!

I was planning on killing off Joy's mother because right now, her mother is pretty much insane and about to go to Mungo's again, so I was thinking that she just can't be saved.

But I'm not sure if I'm allowed to kill NPCs. Do I need to Spec. Req it?

An NPC of your own creation, is fine to kill off.

You only need to fill out a wiki page if you are killing one of your applied characters, or special request if you want to kill someone else's character (they also need to agree to that also).
