Biography: (300 words minimum.)
Oldest of seven chidren, Alinette grew up too fast. Her brother, who was the same age as her, but not her twin, was her father's illegitimate children. Because Ranford Isenhour was so, very rich, he often did not marry. He simply had affair-after-affair. Alinette was born to the man from a French woman, who though he loved her. The woman dropped the babe off on her rich father's step.

The man already had a boy, the same age as Alinette [who was about a year old when dropped on his stoop], from another woman who had thought it smart to drop her babe with his father. So, when he took Allinette in, it was hard to figure out birthdays -- Alinette had been born three days before her brother, Richard.

When Alinette and Richard were seven, their father found twins on his stoop, a little girl named Salem Marie and a little boy named Bishop. He asked no questions after reading the note left with them, he just took them in. Salem and Bishop were no older than a few months.

Alinette turned ten and her father was by the side of yet another woman, who was having his child. He married this woman, to help raise the children [though Alinette was raised by her father, so she turned out the way she did, it was no surprise to anyone]. This new baby was named Michelle, and its mother was named Roxie. Alinette had decided when she was seven, and Richard tried to push her out the window, and her father had reprimanded her, not him, that she did not love her father anymore. When he married Roxie, it changed. Alinette loved the man for marrying the woman, who was so nice to Alinette.

Roxie treated Alinette like she was her own child, though she gave up on teaching Alinette to be a lady. When Alinette was sixteen, Roxie had a little girl, who was named Elisemarie. Alinette knew that her stepmother was much younger than her father [Roxie had only been twenty when she'd married Alinette's father], but that did not stop her from treating the woman properly.

When Alinette was twenty-one, Roxie died in childbirth. That left Alinette alone with all of her siblings to care for, since her father had died of a heartattack three years before. Roxie had died at forty-seven, and her father at fifty-six.

Alinette took on all six of her siblings, well, Richard was there to help - though he hated their siblings, just as much as he hated Alinette. He only stayed to help her until she was on her feet, with a job.

Richard was gone with the wind. Alinette was the man of the house, now, and she acted it despite being female.

When Alinette was twenty-three, she found herself left with two of her six siblings. Salem and Bishop had gone off to Ireland, and Michelle was at school. This made her life a lot easier, since she only had to raise Elisemarie and Kelsey.

By the time she was twenty-seven, age had taken its toll on her. She had never left the house to do anything but take a job. She had only homeschooling for her education, except when she was seventeen and had been sent to France. Alinette raised both girls with an iron fist, steel tone and harsh ways, she raised them like they were boys, not girls [she knew no better].

She was no longer pretty, not in her sense. She had cut her hair and started hiding her curves with Richard's old clothing. A few months into the year, Richard started sending the inheritance money to Alinette, as he had married and found his way in life.

That year, Alinette was invited to attend Salem's wedding to a rich Pureblood, and Michelle's engagement to a poor bookbinder, at both occasions she was introduced as their 'brother', Isaiah,  simply because she looked so much like a man.

Bishop was alone and never married, he lived happily in England, though.

When Kelsey turned six, Alinette moved the family to England, where she now resides with her two little sisters. She sends Elisemarie to Hogwarts, and often spends her days playing with Kelsey.

Roleplay: (If you are requesting Exceptional levels - above 32 total - please respond to the roleplay and questions here instead)
Reply as your character to the following:

It was impossible for Dianne to stay out of trouble. It wasn't that she was looking for trouble, it's just that trouble always managed to find her. Today she wished she could find something equally familiar but more comforting.

The five-year old girl hugged her puffskein closer to her and brushed her face in its soft fur for comfort. She had named him herself and he was always her special pet. No she was certain she had never gone down this side street before. Her anxiety increased every second as darkness fell as she walked down the road. A loud noise came to her left and she buried her face in her pet's fur completely. The scared girl bolted the opposite way slamming the both of them into the wall of the nearest building. Tottering back a few steps she found a door a few feet to her right and ran to open it. What light there was inside spilled out into the darkness and she spilled into the room.

Once in, she was caught between the impulse to curl her cloak up more tightly around her and loosen her grip on it. She wasn't alone anymore but she was now among strangers instead, which was nearly as terrifying. Her puffskein had recovered from the shock of the wall and now was purring contentedly as the girl hugged it, causing a mildly calming effect on the girl. Gathering her courage, she marched up to the nearest person, pulled on the nearest clothing hem and blurted out in a loud voice:

"I'm lost and it's dark and I wanted to know where I am but I'm not scared but I am worried that Sambundeakin is scared because he's little and needs something to eat and wants to go home."

She paused to draw a breath in her nearly never-ending sentence, "He misses my and his mommy."

To explain the scared girl held up the custard-colored puffskein. Sambundeakin the puffskein, however simply purred as if nothing on earth was wrong in the world.

Roleplay Response:
Alinette had been studying a sword, her lips pursed. Her short hair was brushing across her forehead -- she'd need it trimmed again, soon. Her pants were soon tugged, and she turned to look down.

The sight of the small girl had Alinette bending down and whispering, her voice was rough -- she made it that way -- but beyond that it was caring. "Hello, little sweetie. I am Isaiah, what's your name?"

She had taken in the small girls' rushed words, that never-ending sentence the moment before, and was deciding upon a course of action. She needed to relieve the maid of her duties, and take a sick Kelsey home to the Estate, but she would help this little girl find her way to her mother, first.

"Okay, okay, sweetie. Here, come now. Let us go find your mummy." She held a calloused hand out to the small girl, awaiting the little creature's decision on whether to trust her or not.

Hey Alinette,

Your application looks great but before I can accept this application, we need to adjust your requested levels a little bit. Your current request is C5D14T7S6, but you would need your lowest stat to be 7 before you could pull that off.

Your magical strength can be up too two times your magical weakness. Which means Charms is your current weakness and is C5, which means your highest possible strength is 10.

You can submit a Special Request form to Alastair Grimm if you wish to apply for uneven or higher levels. You can find that form here.

In the meantime, please repost your application with the Magical Level adjustment. If you do send in an application, your levels can be altered later.
