Biography:
19 of December 1932 was the day Lorraine and Edmond Ashe cherished most in their older years. Despite the ripe age of fifty, the couple doted on their youngest son throughout his years. His parents believed in big families, and boy, did they have one. Kieran was the youngest of eight siblings, and he liked it that way. Even though he hated all of the hand-me-downs from his brothers, the chaos throughout their house was comforting, almost a necessity. It often made him think of how many children he would have of his own. Hopefully a lot.

Out of the eight children, only five had magical powers; Lucille, Sandra, Nicholas, Elijah, and Kieran. Growing up with magic wasn’t too hard for Joshua, Alfred, and Hannah, but the jealousy was still there. When the five received their letters from Hogwarts, fighting arose but after a year or two, it all subsided for the most part. And then….one day, their parents just vanished. No trace, no word, no nothing. Their home was no longer a place full of memories. Their eldest sibling, Lucille, was brought into the Ministry one morning, and when she returned that afternoon, there was a new house waiting for all the children. At the mere age of 11, Kieran didn’t really understand what was going on. All he knew was he missed his parents deeply, and wanted them to return.

Lucille did her best, but that’s all she could do. At 33, she had her own child (Annabella, 8) with her husband Gregory, and the pair of them works at the Ministry. Sandra and Joshua (fraternal twins;30) are very tight knit still (Sandy at the Daily Prophet, and Josh teaches at muggle school in Wales), Nicholas (29) also works for the Ministry and is married to Emily, Alfred (26) is a private tutor for four different languages for mostly pureblood elitists (due to connections he’s made through siblings),  Elijah (22) is doing his internship at St. Mungo’s, and Hannah (19) is attending a prestigious muggle school. Kieran lives with Lucille and Gregory during his breaks, but when summer comes, he usually attends Camp or bounces around each sibling’s home to see all of them.

Roleplay:
Reply as your character to the following:

Godric Park.

Overhead, the sky was a crisp blue, for once clear of the ever-pervasive spongy clouds and rain. The sun was a lemony-yellow presence, high in the Eastern sky, and in front of it zipped three broomsticks in a straight line, or something very like one. One... two..... three... the boys passed, their shouts of excitement echoing as they chased the snitch, a tiny shimmer reflecting the sunlight.

Far below was another, much smaller broomstick.

It trugged along the ground, hugging close to it like a sluggish choo choo train and occasionally shuttering in protest. This was because said stick was currently being occupied by a very small girl who was tugging upward on the front of it with all her might, trying to coax it into doing what it had been expressly designed NOT to do.

"John, I said wait up!" The tiny girl squealed, giving the broomstick another tug.

Begrudgingly, it drifted upward a foot, and then sank, depositing the troublesome girl safely on the ground. Janey Hurst was not pleased. In a huff, she hopped off the toy safety broom, grabbing it firmly and thrusting it handle first into the turf.

Her brother was such a beast. He NEVER let her play! She folded her arms, seething blue eyes fixing on another figure nearby.  "You!" She barked, much more sharply than she meant to.

"...Do you want to play?"

Roleplay Response:
Sitting on a bench under the shade of willowy trees, a ginger haired teen watched the sight before him. Children of all ages played loudly, basking in one of the few days of the year where the sun shone all day long. It seemed as if everyone within a five kilometer radius had the same idea: take advantage of the beautiful day.

He watched as a small girl threw a bit of a tantrum, and it brought a smile to his face. It reminded the teen boy of his childhood memories. Playing with Elijah or Hannah were some of his fondest memories, aside from his parents, of course. He missed his parents deeply. Thought they disappeared some time ago, the wound was still fresh.

"You!"...Do you want to play?"

That small girl was talking to him, and it somewhat took him by surprise. His face broke out into a grin, and immediately he stood up. "Yes, I do," he said before walking her way.
