Biography:
Once upon a time, there was a princess who was living a perfectly happy life. Yes, although surprising to some, she was extremely happy and a smile once constantly rested upon her face. Then life got mean and all that went before she could understand what was happening it. Suddenly the princess who was used to pampering and the constant love of her family found herself bouncing, from orphanage to orphanage, always trying to go back home, always believing that there was someone in control.
She found a home in Hogsmeade, though not a nice one in her opinion, and in this case the phrasing is rather literal, and the princess found herself as far away from her ‘actual’ home as she could be when she entered Hogsmeade Children’s Home for the first time, and truly stands by the fact that she hates that place. It is detestable to her.
And then she made a friend, met this boy— who, yes, was a lot older than her, but— whom she admired with all her heart, and hoped that he could replace the gap left by her brother being gone. Then, she discovered that he went to the-castle-that-was-just-a-little-too-far-away and he was gone for most of the year. Of course they still talked by owls, but it was not the same.
After that she made another friend, once again sat upon the bench she’d adopted in Hogsmeade as her won. He asked her to play football, she said she didn’t like messy games and thought that he was messy. She asked him to leave. He stayed. They became fast friends after that, but soon he left for the castle beyond the home. And she was alone again.
However, now the blonde princess is ready to take the castle by storm, siege it if she must. She will get to be with her friends.

House Request: Ravenclaw
Personality:
Black and white, white and black, this is how Beatrice Caulfield sees the world and whoever said the world’s a stage (though she does like Shakespeare) was incorrect. The world is a game of chess and you’re either black or white, polite or impolite, disagreeable or agreeable, stupid or you're smart (and you'd better not be stupid). Everything is like a chess game to the blonde, and she refuses to be refined to the role of the king.
If you want to be her friend, it's probably better that you don't bother, as Bea is very difficult to warm up to, however the hard work usually pays off as she's loyal for life, similar to a cat, she can be both independent and clingy. Though it truly depends upon who you are.
Appearance:
Beatrice Caulfield has a problem, it is commonly known as being short, and she is most definitely that. Although, yes, she’s grown up a bit since she first moved to Hogsmeade— after all, those dresses of hers are stubbornly refusing to stay knee length— she is still tiny. Standing below five foot, and with barely any meat on her bones, she is very easily forced into situations she dislikes, simply because people (namely, her friends) can lift her up and forcefully take her to a place. She has no choice.
For halloween, she dressed as a cat. Blonde hair curled by a kind older girl, and homemade cat ears on. She wore a black blouse that was pinned at the back to fit her, with sleeves too long and a skirt that was rolled and worn with a thick belt to fit her. Her pale face was decorated with not only whiskers, but also a rare smile.

Option I:
The dungeons. A place eleven-year-old Evangeline had not yet travelled since her arrival at Hogwarts.
A place she really was just fine with not knowing; but it was too late. The dare had been accepted, even if it had been done in fear of being kicked out of Gryffindor, like the older girls had said she would because Gryffindors were supposed to be brave.
The air changed instantly when she hit the main corridor of the dungeons. The dampness was almost too much for her and she instinctively took a deep breath to avoid the sensation of being suffocated. There was also a sour burning smell which Evangeline assumed was from many, many Potions lessons.
Further and further she walked, her steps so slow and gentle they made no noise against the stone walls and floor. The feeling that she wasn't alone crept up her spine and raised the tiny hair on the back of her neck. Shivering, Evangeline wrapped her arms around herself. Suddenly, she missed the warmth and comfort of the Gryffindor common room. The fire was always going and it made her feel at ease.
Why had she let those girls talk her into this? She was only eleven, she didn't have to be brave. Surely the Headmistress would not kick her out of Hogwarts for not being brave.
If only she had these thoughts while being dared to search for the ghost of one Emma Birch, whom supposedly haunted the dungeons. It was not, Evangeline had learned, the place where the sixteen-year-old girl's life had ended but as she had been from the house with a snake as its mascot, it was the place her spirit had returned to. That common room was down here somewhere, she'd been told.
Something - the small blonde girl wasn't quite sure what - but something made her stop in her tracks suddenly. There was a low, dull thumping noise. Or maybe that was her heart beating so loudly she thought it was coming from outside her body.
"H-h-hello?" Her voice was barely above a whisper.
Remembering that she was supposed to be brave, Evangeline tried again.
"Hello! Is Emma Birch here?"
The sound of her own words bouncing back at her off the walls made her jump.
The dungeons had to be Beatrice’s least favourite place in the entire school. They were not only ugly, with their stone walls, but also cold and not to mention the scents. They reeked of damp— like her fourth orphanage— and there was always this leftover potion smell, or was it just the ingredients that were rotting somewhere? Whatever it was, she did not like it.
It filled the place up, from wall to wall, and made the blonde hold her nose whenever she walked down there, making her voice always sound nasally. However, today her arms weren’t covering her nose, shielding it from the stench, today they were wrapped around herself, trying to keep the heat in (was it colder than usual? Or had she just forgotten to put her jumper on?) Either way, it was not fun.
In a bad mood, the sound of Bea’s tired steps seemed to echo around, as she allowed them to thump against the floor in a way to show her resentment for finding herself in the dungeons of all places. What a nightmare!
And then she heard a quiet voice. Curiosity getting the better of her, Beatrice— against her better judgement decided to head towards it— and quickly spotted another girl. Evaline? Oh whatever.
“No, she won’t be.” Spoke the blonde with a shrug, “I don’t think she’s real, I bet she’s just made up to scare people. And I think it’s stupid for people to be afraid of a story.” She ignored the fact that she’d had nightmares after reading a very scary book, it wouldn’t help her point, despite the fact that her conscience was screaming at her.
