Title: Regarding Elsewhere

Since my character, Kisley Takeda had been kicked out/taken off roster for Hogwarts and is not keen to apply to Beauxbatons and Salem, where should she go to?
Elsewhere?

If so, should I apply for her in Elsewhere as a Child?
I hope that someone could clarify this doubt of mine since yesterday.

Hey Kinsley!

If you would rather not have her go to Salem or Beauxbatons, then Elsewhere Child would be the application for her! You can always re-apply for Hogwarts when applications open again during summer term (the next one coming up is December 2013).
