Welcome to the site, Skylr!
I noticed in your app, you had a reference to Voldemort. On our site, we actually operate on a alertnative timeline than the books. Basically that means that specific things (characters, certain events) like Voldemort and Harry Potter didn't happen.
Also, for your rp response, we look for more interaction with the NPCs. Ideally, you would tackle it like you would a normal thread you have someone, and you'd want to leave them something to respond to. If you would, go ahead and make those edits and repost the app, and I'll be happy to approve it.

I just noticed a few things that we would need to edit before we can fully accept it though: - We are an "alternate universe" roleplay, which means we aren't set in modern day times. Currently it is 1973 on our site. Please edit your biography and other information to reflect that. For instance, if your still wanting a third year student, she would have been born in 1960, instead of 1999.
- For the roleplay response, view it as if you were replying to another roleplayer. You would want to leave something for the other person to reply to: maybe a question, or more dialouge, instead of just walking away. If you could, please edit your response to include something like that for Astrid to hypothetically respond to.

Hi Damon! Welcome to the site, and thank you for your application! - Right now, your role play response is in first person. We use third person past tense on our site, so posts should read like this: "Damon was in the Great Hall," "Damon walked to his table," etc.
- Could you elaborate more on Damon's past? You mentioned he was muggleborn, but always knew he was a wizard. Does he had other relatives with magical abilities, or was there something special about him? What was his family like? Are they supportive about discovering he was a wizard?
