Jennifer Alison Oneill.

Biography: (300 words minimum.)

Lady Oneill had not always claimed the title of lady of the house, she had spent her youth in beauty school and trained in Beauxbatons learning charms and summing focusing less on the other two. She was a refined elite-ist, someone of high sophistication and breeding. Her family was rich, her family was influential, and pureblood to boot. Great thing's where expected from Lady Oneill, until the day she found herself at an alter with Lord Oneill. He had proposed suddenly for the sake of his daughter, confessing his love and the need to have a woman around the house.

"I do" with those two words she had lost her previous identity and would be now known as Lady Oneill. It was a fine thought the man she married was a wealthy man, how wealthy she was unsure but she was given a generous annual allowance.

Lord Oneill was amazing, amazingly rich that was, she hadn't heard alot from him after their first meeting in summer camp, where they kissed beneath the cold falls. What a dream he was, and rich had she forgotten to mention that. Yes it's true, she had married this man for his money and security. It wasn't unheard of, arranged marriages where taking place left and right all over the world and she had been single for long enough, it was her time to be happy.

Indeed happy she was, she lived in a beautiful mansion with her lord and she teased him constantly for spoiling her so. At least that was when his daughter wasn't taking up his time... Lady Oneill had always been secretly jealous of the two's relationship, while at the same time offended by how he was teaching her how to fight like a boy, with what he explained at length was a foreign form of self defense. It wasn't proper for a lady to be fighting, and that was all there was to it, lady Oneill filled her time by practicing her potions brewing mostly. Charms and summoning/conjuring had always been her specialty.

By chance on one fine afternoon Lady Oneill was off water her garden when she recieved the bad new's. Her husband had died, how it was never confirmed but she was left with his daughter and his entire estate "I'm RICH!" she cheered into the heavens until she was informed that the Oneill fortune had been cursed as instructed by Lord Oneill.

The Curse stated that Lady Oneill was entitles to her annual allowance nothing more, until her late husband's daughter was married, however until such time, she could not remarry such was lord Oneill's plans to make sure his daughter would be taken care of.

Lady Oneill's gold digging heart ached for that gold and she would have it. Within days after her husbands death she posted a challenge to all young suitors, that whoever could conquer Jennifer in hand-to-hand combat would marry the girl, and this recieve a 50% dowery for taking the girl off her hands...

It had been five long years sense she made this claim... Jennifer had agreed to it and it was sealed with a document that was legally and magically binding. As much as she hated it Jennifer was winning these fights and dissuading most male suitors attracted to her with her brute strength.

It had been several long years, Lady Oneill was growing old waiting for a suitor. She sent her step-daughter to summer camp, in effort to think of a way to get past this dilemma... unfortunately she could do nothing alone... camp was sealed to adults, there would have to be a loop hole in the contract some way to weaken the girl long enough to make her loose.

She would find someone with access to the camp, twist there purpose to hers and then when she returned she would loose and be forced to marry and then her fathers gold would be hers.

Reply as your character to the following:

It was impossible for Dianne to stay out of trouble. It wasn't that she was looking for trouble, it's just that trouble always managed to find her. Today she wished she could find something equally familiar but more comforting.

The five-year old girl hugged her puffskein closer to her and brushed her face in its soft fur for comfort. She had named him herself and he was always her special pet. No she was certain she had never gone down this side street before. Her anxiety increased every second as darkness fell as she walked down the road. A loud noise came to her left and she buried her face in her pet's fur completely. The scared girl bolted the opposite way slamming the both of them into the wall of the nearest building. Tottering back a few steps she found a door a few feet to her right and ran to open it. What light there was inside spilled out into the darkness and she spilled into the room.

Once in, she was caught between the impulse to curl her cloak up more tightly around her and loosen her grip on it. She wasn't alone anymore but she was now among strangers instead, which was nearly as terrifying. Her puffskein had recovered from the shock of the wall and now was purring contentedly as the girl hugged it, causing a mildly calming effect on the girl. Gathering her courage, she marched up to the nearest person, pulled on the nearest clothing hem and blurted out in a loud voice:

"I'm lost and it's dark and I wanted to know where I am but I'm not scared but I am worried that Sambundeakin is scared because he's little and needs something to eat and wants to go home."

She paused to draw a breath in her nearly never-ending sentence, "He misses my and his mommy."

To explain the scared girl held up the custard-colored puffskein. Sambundeakin the puffskein, however simply purred as if nothing on earth was wrong in the world.

Roleplay Response:
" My word what a horrible beast!" said Lady Oneill, referring to the child not the animal. What was this child doing here of all places, how could she have wandered in on one of her more formal party's... she would try to rush the child out of the room shooing her but that would draw to much attention to her. By Hera was she doomed to be surrounded by annoying children her entire life, she had just gotten rid of Alison by sending her to Hogwarts and now this one appeared as if to say "not going to work".

Lady Oneill knelt down to the child's level looked her square in the eye and said "young lady, it isn't proper etiquette to storm in on a part, even if your pet is scared" she disliked the animal as well, but clearly had more distaste for the child... Jennifer had been such a handful the last few years she was forever damaged and disliked all children equally now.

"if you are lost" she added with a comforting smile, then her expression turned cold and uncaring of what others listening would think "if you are lost try retracing your footsteps in the snow... if your pet is scared then tell him to grow up! Life is full of challenges most of which we cannot control" she was referring to Jennifer more now than she cared to and in a final fit, threatening to blemish her make-up she added "leave now shoo shoo" she said to the animal and then to her pet she said "and take that mongrel with you".

She would rejoin the party as if the girl had never shown up, no matter what could happened to her out in the cold.

Lady Oneill's heart was as black as space at this point, so consumed with thoughts of money and hate towards Jennifer for denying her this long her rights as a widow to that fortune her father had left behind. She did everything she could to force Jennifer to loose, paying thugs to attack her, physicians to ignore her cries for help, and the latest crime had been poisoning her food with sleeping potion. This was to get her out of the house and into summer camp, that way she would have time to find a suitor and just arrange the marriage with whoever she liked... there was nothing in the contract that said she could not... however should Ally find love before then... she must not Lady Oneill's sole purpose in life now, was making sure Ally would get married... this she would do even until her dying breath.
