Biography: (100 words minimum.)
Aurora Marshall had only known one life growing up, and that was with her Nana and Papa. She was only just a little babe when her parents had been killed in a tragic accident which landed tiny Aurora in the care of her mother's pureblood parents. Freshly retired french merchants, her grandparents had ditched the luxury housing and rich parties for a simple farm life in the woods.

It was mainly her Papa's vision, to enjoy the little precious things in life while it took his wife a little more getting used to mud and farm creatures. Adding an orphaned baby to the mix wasn't their original plan but both grandparents adored their youngest daughter, Cassandra dearly and to see their child's daughter abandoned and alone made them instantly take in Aurora. Her aunt and mother's oldest sister, Mildred argued about their living stance and offered to take the baby instead.

Her Papa argued and eventually Aurora Marshall found a forever home with her grandparents in a secluded forest cottage. Her upbringing wasn't like most children, instead of toys and the company of neighboring kids, Aurora found her entertainment with the forest's creatures and natural sources. Her mother was a bright young witch, her father a simple muggle. Her grandparents used their magic more comfortably around the house and it slowly became part of her life. She only hoped maybe when she reached the age, she could produce magic herself. It sounded like something out of her fairytale books and Aurora couldn't wait to cherish it.

Often visits to the nearby town made Aurora feel different compared to the other children. She refused to wear shoes as she found them limiting as well as her dresses always dirty somehow and wavy hair all wild.

In many ways, Aurora was considered strange and different. It didn't help she always found some sort of animal to try and talk to, never finding company in human children. She never seemed to walk normally, instead dancing around and humming with the breeze. A wild imagination and big heart seemed to be her moral compass. Being considered strange and unusual never really bothered her to begin with and Aurora found herself enjoying nature's solitude more than squealing kids.

If you ask the local children, they might tell you a tale of the forest faerie who resides in the woods, sitting in trees and talking to plants.

Roleplay:
Reply as your character to the following:

Godric Park.

Overhead, the sky was a crisp blue, for once clear of the ever-pervasive spongy clouds and rain. The sun was a lemony-yellow presence, high in the Eastern sky, and in front of it zipped three broomsticks in a straight line, or something very like one. One... two..... three... the boys passed, their shouts of excitement echoing as they chased the snitch, a tiny shimmer reflecting the sunlight.

Far below was another, much smaller broomstick.

It trugged along the ground, hugging close to it like a sluggish choo choo train and occasionally shuttering in protest. This was because said stick was currently being occupied by a very small girl who was tugging upward on the front of it with all her might, trying to coax it into doing what it had been expressly designed NOT to do.

"John, I said wait up!" The tiny girl squealed, giving the broomstick another tug.

Begrudgingly, it drifted upward a foot, and then sank, depositing the troublesome girl safely on the ground. Janey Hurst was not pleased. In a huff, she hopped off the toy safety broom, grabbing it firmly and thrusting it handle first into the turf.

Her brother was such a beast. He NEVER let her play! She folded her arms, seething blue eyes fixing on another figure nearby.  "You!" She barked, much more sharply than she meant to.

"...Do you want to play?"

Roleplay Response:

Nana told her supper was at five.

Aurora never really was good at telling time, instead went off of the sun's position. Around five in the evening was a lower sun set, not quite at the sunset peak but a few inches short. Enough light for her to see her path back home and not out til dark like Papa warned.

The sun now was high in the sky and left her many hours before she even had to worry about being home. She could walk around and possibly visit Bubbles the frog...or maybe see if Harrison the rabbit needed any sort of help with building his home.

Instead, the bright green gazed girl skipped through the tree line before glancing up at the large oak before her. Her attention was brought to the nice mossy branch she could happily plant herself on top of and watch everything below. If it wasn't reading her fairytale books or trying to ask the squirrels what their plans for winter were, Aurora tended to watch quietly above and see everything in motion below her.

One bare foot after the other started it's departure up against the tree bark until she heard a piercing voice.

"...Do you want to play?"

Her eyes widened largely at the proposal and froze her climbing adventure. Play? No kid had ever really asked her to play, not after seeing her talking to Bubbles or drawing strange things in the dirt before screaming when they'd try stepping over the lines.

"I-I wouldn't mind..playing?" Aurora couldn't stop the small uncertainty in her words, body dropping down from it's mid climb before wringing her hands together.

"Are we playing princesses and dragons? Because I like being a princess but if you want to be the princess you can, I don't mind-"
