Christy Delilah Burke is the youngest of 4 children born to the first son of a English pureblood family and the only daughter of a pureblood family from Spain. Christy, her older brothers Edward (15), her elder twin siblings Daniel (13) and Alicia (13), her father Thomas, and her mother Catalina had originally lived in Sicily, Spain. Their father picked up their family and settled them down in Central London with her paternal grandparents in order to be closer to his business.

After a couple of years the family was able to find a sense of normally, her mother was on her daily shopping sprees, her father content with putting all his time and energy into the family business and her brothers running around the streets of Central London before anyone could catch them and bring them home. Christy received the highest quality of education and even learned about the Wizarding World from her parents. She's not particularly close with her parents but enjoys clinging onto her older siblings be it following her brothers around when they went to play or hiding behind he sisters skirts at social events.

She would be what one considers a wild child who enjoyed doing what she wanted. Christy has always been the most passionate and quick to anger amongst her family, she was always the first one to start screaming matches with her siblings easily able to match their intensity. As she grew older she enjoyed going out into the city with the servants using her allowance to buy all sorts of neat items, from antique accessories to old books that caught her eyes. A curious young soul whose go to strategy is use brute strength than ask questions.

Godric Park.

Overhead, the sky was a crisp blue, for once clear of the ever-pervasive spongy clouds and rain. The sun was a lemony-yellow presence, high in the Eastern sky, and in front of it zipped three broomsticks in a straight line, or something very like one. One... two..... three... the boys passed, their shouts of excitement echoing as they chased the snitch, a tiny shimmer reflecting the sunlight.

Far below was another, much smaller broomstick.

It trugged along the ground, hugging close to it like a sluggish choo choo train and occasionally shuttering in protest. This was because said stick was currently being occupied by a very small girl who was tugging upward on the front of it with all her might, trying to coax it into doing what it had been expressly designed NOT to do.

"John, I said wait up!" The tiny girl squealed, giving the broomstick another tug.

Begrudgingly, it drifted upward a foot, and then sank, depositing the troublesome girl safely on the ground. Janey Hurst was not pleased. In a huff, she hopped off the toy safety broom, grabbing it firmly and thrusting it handle first into the turf.

Her brother was such a beast. He NEVER let her play! She folded her arms, seething blue eyes fixing on another figure nearby.  "You!" She barked, much more sharply than she meant to.

"...Do you want to play?"

The darked haried girl was rather taken aback by the sharp tone she had chosen to address her but was so pleased with the invitation she had decided to let it slide. Her siblings and her were given a free day by their mother to do whatever they wanted, her elder brothers were out in the streets some where and her sister was at another one of her boring social gatherings. She had wanted to go to the theator and watch a play but she had run out of allowance for the week and her father refused to give her more claiming she need to more responsible with her money whatever that was.

The next best option was the park brimming with kids her age looking for good fun and greasy food stands that her mother would have never let her eat if she was in her company. Usually she was an outgoing child but none of the groups playing at the park today were particularly her type of people, to uptight, not messy enough, not enough imagination, to painfully shy, there was always something that was not right with them.

Instead she watched waiting for the right child to enter her domain and the proceed to seek their friendship however they seemed to have found her. Pushing herself off the ground she wiped the dirt on the front of her skirt,"Yes please!" She offered her now clean hand for the other to shake, "What game shall we play? Tag? Or perhaps are we doing a bit rough housing? Anything is on the table!" The passionate child almost forgot her manors, "I'm Christy! What's your name?"
