Here you go
Name:Azalea LeFey
Name of Hogwarts or Elsewhere Character:Azalea LeFey
Birthdate: Winter solstice
Year: 3rd
Hometown:New York City, Queens
Bloodline:Unknown, presumed Muggleborn
Magical Strength (pick one): Conjuring & Summoning
Magical Weakness (pick one):Divination
Previous Education: Muggle Schooling with some side magical tutoring
Biography: The curvy and caramel/olive witch glared at the yellow dress she donned in the mirror. She could'nt think of anything else that made her look as sickly green and fat at the same time as this dress. Her near black eyes told tales of the horrible things she would do to the dress maker when he came back-her 'fashionable' sister too. Even her noir past shoulder length waves seemed intune with her rage. It seemed to grow more and more frizzy with each second as did the witch that wore them.
"Serena is dead when she comes back" she uttered as she quickly changed back into jeans and her blue tee.
The idea of going to some fancy school in a tight yellow dress was just dumb, but then again, it came from Serena, Azalea thought bitterly. But soon Azalea sighed. She knew that she shouldnt complain so much, she was the current oldest of the house and family of the Cortenatas.Sure they werent as spiffy as the other older families, but they were still up there. She had to hold herself with dignity, with confidence and respect. She'd be damned if she let them down.
"Still doesnt make yellow okay." she said as she kicked the offending article of clothing to the side.
The Cortenata's were once a grand pure blood line in the Carribean, Spain, and Morocco. The family line back for nearly 700 years when the squibs in the family started to outnumber the magicaly inclined. Due to the discrimination of squibs in the current time, the family decided to move to the muggle world. But even with thier move, thier prestige carried to their new home and grew to grasp the respect of thier neighboors. To a muggle, the Cortenata's were an eccentric group that took in orphaned children, any age, and raised them like thier own, and while this was odd, they didnt stand out other than that-atleast not the way the muggle would notice.
When Serena still hadnt returned, Azalea felt her skin chill. The younger girl, while a brat, was still her sister, blood be damned, and Azalea didnt trust that dressmaker to be alone with her sister, Serena looked much older than she was and Azalea wouldnt let anything happen to her. But just when she opened the curtain, there stood Serena holding more dresses, a crooked grin on her face.
Azalea smiled back, quickly looked over Serena's shoulders, and glared darkly at the dressmaker to let him know that she was on watch. She nearly broke out in giggles when the man visibly shuddered, then made an excuse about some cloths coming in and that his assistant would help them in his stead.
"What did you do?" Serena whispered after the man left.
"Nothing mommy wouldnt apporve of" she answered as she grabbed a teal sundress from the pile.
"Guard dog" her sister answered with an eye roll.
Azalea smirked. She didnt mind being a guard dog, as the current oldest, her job was
also to protect the younger siblings, which was also a given. She loved the little monsters, no matter what, she would risk her own to save thier lives; she loved them that much. Plus, it was fun to scare off creeps.
