Biography:
Felicity was born into a very wealthy Pureblood family in Diekirch, Luxembourg. Her family had attended Eisenstab Hexengymnasium for many generations, so she did the same. As a child, she was expected to behave perfectly, have excellent manners, and act like a high class Pureblood. Since she was the only child, she had the weight of representing the Leclair family's high standards. Her family's surname came from her great, great, great, great, great grandfather on her father's side who lived in France, but he moved to Luxembourg after he graduated from school. His children went to Eisenstab Hexengymnasium, and their children did, and so on, and so on. They just never lost the name "Leclair". On her mother's side, the surname of Bayer was in her blood for many generations, and they all attended Eisenstab Hexengymnasium. Felicity's parents were in the same year at the school, and they slowly fell in love. Both of their parents approved of the marriage; they were both ancient pureblood families, high class, and well mannered. They had a grand wedding, and many elite witches and wizards attended it.

Two years after their wedding, Felicity was born. At first, they were a bit disappointed that she wasn't a boy, but when she aged, they realized that she was everything they could ask for and more. In their eyes, she was proper, intelligent, clever, beautiful, and the perfect young lady. Many other people thought about her differently, though. Many thought that she was just a rich, snobby Pureblood girl that used her looks to manipulate and was too clever and wealthy for her own good. Many hated her, but Felicity thought it was just because of jealously. Who wouldn't want to be in her family? Sure, they put her under extreme pressure to be the very best at times, but that helped her to achieve more and be more determined in later life. They still loved her, even if she did mess up at times. At Eisenstab Hexengymnasium, she achieved quite a lot. She made very high grades, made some actual good friends, and relatively enjoyed all of her classes. After Felicity graduated, she decided to move to Hogsmeade to start a nice botique there. She had the money, and could get much better business there than in Luxembourg or Germany. Her parents were sad, but sure she would make a good profit there, so they let her go. Besides, Felicity was an adult in the wizarding world, and could handle things on her own.

Roleplay Response:
Felicity turned around to see a woman, who looked to be dressed as a reporter, on the ground (she looked like she fell), shouting about her heels, and yelling for help in the middle of the bustling streets of Diagon Alley. What was wrong with the people these days? Did they think that yelling would really make everything better? All it did was make them seem immature and attention seeking. She looked at the ground beside her and saw one of her shoes on the ground. Should she get it? Someone else easily could, and she was too proper to bend down and pick something up off the ground. It was no use in debating with herself, though if she was at home she would most definitely have someone - a maid, a house elf, a servant, really anyone - that could do the dirty work on touching the ground and risking to hurt and embarrass themselves so Felicity would stay clean.

She quickly picked up the heel off of the street beside her, hoping no one was watching her. It honestly wasn't that bad, though she definitely wouldn't want to do that anytime again. At least retrieving her shoe would muffle the woman's quite annoying shouting. If the reporter (or want-to-be reporter) lived in Luxembourg and went to Eisenstab Hexengymnasium like Felicity, she would have been accustomed to proper manners and know that running around and screaming would earn you a detention. She finally walked up to the woman and handed her the shoe.

"Here is your shoe that you have been screaming about," Felicity told her in a bored tone.
