Okay since I have gotten some time to get use to the site again I figure I should try to straighten out my profile since I didn't play Grimm for about three terms IC and so my question is how do I go about fixing his levels. Also, another quick one here since I know there is a way to gain levels in elsewhere I saw another student who had done it, can someone explain that a bit more and tell me if Grimm would qualifiy for that cause the way its worded is weird. Thanks! :)

Okay, to your first question, what you need to do is reapply Grimm as a student to Hogwarts. We will go ahead and have his levels edited to fit his year.

As to the second part of your question, which student gained levels in elsewhere and can you link to what it is that is confusing you?

Okay so I went back and reread the rules for how to do it and with you answering my first question my only confusion is can Grimm get levels for doing private threads as a student because it's a little fuzzy on that? Oh and to answer your question it was Verity Cassandra last term.

Hi Grimm!

Characters that are student age can only earn levels if they are enrolled in Hogwarts. The mistake with Verity's levels are my fault. I should have checked to see if she was a child or not before approving them. The character is now retired so it's no longer an issue but those levels would have become part of the 32 she could have claimed when becoming an adult.

Elsewhere children who are not enrolled in Hogwarts can fill out a helpdesk ticket when they become an adult and tell us how they would like the 32 levels dispersed.

I hope this clears everything up!
