Elsewhere Question

Is it normal that I can only see the information and OOC areas of the Elsewhere board but not anything else? My application was already accepted at the Sorting Hat, and I thought that would give me access to Elsewhere as well, or is that not correct? I'm trying to catch up on your plot but most threads are blocked. Could someone help me, please?  (But I don't mean to be impatient ; I can also wait.)
