Biography: (300 words minimum.)
The love story of Marcello Caruso and Anita Giancana was one probably told a thousand times or more. Forged together by the promises of purer blood, their parents wanted the purity to remain. Generations of Italian families didn't want tainted blood to smear their name further with what they deemed as dirty. No, they would keep their bloodlines strong. And by arranging the marriage of their firstborn children, the purity would be cemented once again.

Born in Verona, Fiorella (Fia) and Ferruccio (Frankie) were the third pregnancy of their dear mother. Truth be told, the twins were her hardest delivery, despite the labor lasting less than a day. Kicking and screaming, they came into the world, making their presence known to every patient in the hospital. As to be expected, they were perfectly in sync from birth until their schooling began. The boy and girl spoke their first word at the same time, took their first step, and so forth.

Alessio and Raffaele couldn't be bothered when their siblings were born. The boys were six and three and didn't want to hear the infants crying. They typically spent their afternoons in the gardens playing with toy brooms and dreaming of a life they would never live. Not if their father had anything to do about it anyway. The aspirations of boys would fade as they aged, knowing more of the expectations set forth by their name. It was the way of their family, for generations before their existence was thought of. Their same disinterest was expressed when the youngest was born, even though they would grow very fond of Nicola as years passed.

During the years spent at Hogwarts, the twins were inseparable. Both were sorted in the house of wit and wisdom, no surprise to anyone who knew them. The eldest boys had been sorted into Slytherin, and little Nicola found home in Hufflepuff. All of the Caruso children did relatively well in their studies, again mainly due to the expectations set by Marcello and Anita. The boys played quidditch and focused on dueling, whereas Fia and Nicole were more involved in the hospital wing and anything peer related. They enjoyed being social butterflies and being around other students more than any physical act.

After graduation, Fia applied to be a junior healer at St. Mungo’s. Once her sister graduated, the pair found a flat in London to live in together. Every Sunday, all of the children make the trip back to Italy to see their family and enjoy dinner. Soon enough, marriages would be discussed and put into place, much to the children’s dismay. Especially Fia - she hated the idea of not marrying for love.

Only time would tell if she would fall into line and be the obedient daughter they always hoped for.

Option Two -
The snow had been falling steadily all morning and it didn't look like it was going to stop any time soon. Joshua Campbell scrunched his face up in a frown as he lifted his gaze to look to the sky. Snow. It really was quite a bother.

And it certainly didn't make it better that Diagon Alley seemed to be getting more and more crowded. Joshua sighed and pointed his wand at the large box that was currently placed on the doorstep of his shop. He had to get going. He had an order to deliver.

"Wingardium Leviosa!" The elderly man muttered and watched the box hover in the air for a moment. Honestly, did St. Mungo's really need that much tinsel? And with glitter of all things? He sighed again. If it hadn't been for the rather convincing stamp on the order, he would have been likely to believe it had been a prank by one of those orphaned rascals living up there.

Oh well, there was no point in waiting. Joshua deftly stirred the box down the doorstep and out onto the street, carefully levitating it above the heads of the crowd.

"Coming through! Coming through!" His voice sounded over the chatter of the crowd. "Keep out! Move ahead! Go on!" This was going way too slow. People were in the way and walking like they had all day! He huffed. Luckily the road was down hill.

"Coming through! Coming th--- arrrgh!" Joshua let out a loud shout as his feet suddenly slipped in the snow and sent him, the box, and several long strands of tinsel tumbling into the person who had been walking in front of him.

"For Merlin's sake!" Joshua muttered angrily as he hurried to his feet again, red and gold tinsel now decorating his black coat. "I am so sorry! This blasted snow!" He looked apologetic at the person he had crashed into.

Roleplay Response:
Fiorella adored the snow.

It was so pure and almost innocent as it fell, touching everything with grace in its path. The cold that came with it wasn’t her favorite thing in the world, but it was well worth it. The flakes, both small and large, dissolving on her cheeks were welcomed. The intricate designs never failed to fascinate her by any means. Always something new and beautiful with each fallen piece.

All bundled up and safe, with boots pulled to her knees, she was ready to face the afternoon. London was even more beautiful in the wintertime, with a thick layer of snow on the ground. With arms folded over her chest, Fia walked down the bustling cobblestone with a smile on her lips. Images of coffee danced in her mind, wondering what delicious pastries would be waiting for her to pick from.

A danish, or perhaps a sc–

“Oof!” she cried out as an unknown force knocked the young woman off her feet. Accusing eyes glanced around before settling on a man who began to profusely apologize. “Yeah, it was the snow’s fault,” Fia muttered before trying to scramble to her feet.
