history.
Established by muggleborn wizard Stanley Kirby, what is now known as the Wizarding Wireless Network made its first broadcast on 4 March 1909. The station was created to mimic those of muggle Britain as a more immediate way of delivering information to the wizarding community. Since its initial broadcast, the station has moved into its own building in Hogsmeade, expanded its lineup of programmes, and is now one of the most popular sources for wizarding news and entertainment, second only to the Daily Prophet newspaper.

headquarters.
Located on High Street in Hogsmeade, the Wizarding Wireless Network building is a modest but functional space. It has all the basic amenities a wizarding radio station might need - a broadcasting room, small recording studio, as well as a conference room and several offices for those who work at the station full-time. Centrally located, it is convenient to most other Hogsmeade businesses and residences.
