When times were good, he was able to open up several more locations, the most important being next to Honeydukes in Hogsmeade. With the war and rationing, the bakeries have not had the best of times. Derek himself could rarely be found behind the counter. Sober, at least. With his untimely passing, the bakery was left to his children in his will, but his sister Chloe has taken over the day-to-day running and managing. With strong competition from Bryce & Co, it'll be a wonder if they can keep themselves afloat. description                  No cockroaches, I swear.
