Under the guidance of Kai Knightlock, this syllabus is designed to push your limits, enhance your technique, and ensure your safety while mastering the art of flight. Take a note, practice hard, and let’s get you flying!

Foundation Flying


Build a strong foundation in flying fundamentals.

Open to all ages and skill levels.

Lesson 1: Broom Basics & Flight Prep 

- Evolution of broomstick design (classic to modern racing brooms). 

- Understanding aerodynamics and magical propulsion. 

- Introduction to Quidditch and other flying sports. 


Lesson 2: First Takeoff & Controlled Flight 

- Mounting, grip techniques, and stance. 

- Takeoff, hovering, and controlled descents. 

- Balancing speed and stability at different heights. 


Lesson 3: Mid-Air Control & Navigation 

- Precision steering using weight shifts. 

- Avoiding sudden jerks and maintaining posture. 

- Slow-speed maneuvering and soft landings. 


Certification: 

- Practical assessment focusing on stability, control, and landings. 

- Completion awards a Novice Flight Certificate.
