About the employees.Oil & Rain, though a small privately owned shop, is dedicated to providing high quality product to its diverse customer base. To do so, the shop needs to staff and train to support high volume production as demand grows each year. In addition to business needs, Oil & Rain values growing knowledge and exposure to all things Muggle & Magical, and will frequently offers lessons, apprenticeships, and internships to those who want to learn.
All employees are expected to be hands-on, detail-oriented, and professional. Dienne has a tendency to be serious and speak harshly, so it is not uncommon for her to request the shop employees focus on the work. Bu she's an okay boss, still learning how to manage others.
About the positions.owner.Dienne Orellana -
works primarily on new inventions month over month. manages the paychecks and the major business transactions with the ministry and st. mungos.suppliers. - those who search far and wide for common and rare material that oil & rain can use.

full-time employees. - those of high magical aptitude and independent ability to fabricate oil & rain inventions from start to finish, can deal with customers in Dienne's place, and are working towards creating their own inventions.

part-time employees. - those contracted to work at oil & rain during high volume production demand, typically holidays and in waves throughout the year. specialized in customer service and following assembly and magic build instructions from the inventors.

interns. - students available to work limited weekends during term or dedicated full time over holiday breaks.
