Torrential Downpour, Heavy Winds

The setting for today's duel hadn't changed much from the first. Aubrey was too exhausted to change it up much. The mirage of the ocean, complete with waves crashing against the shoreline were still present. So were the beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas to give the image that they were at the beach. Mother nature apparently had an idea of how to make today's duel interesting though, with heavy rains and strong winds.

"The only thing I can say to you all today is, 'good luck.' You are all going to need it!" Aubrey blew a bodyguard whistle, signifying the start of the duel. She just hoped that this would go fast so she could get out of the rain

"The only thing I can say to you all today is, 'good luck.' You are all going to need it!"

In the last two or three months that Paris had resided in Camp Loki, he held a suspicion that the counselors must have had little reason to compensate for abilities to change the climate... for the worse. Only an idiot could have thought that an African climate was an excellent idea, and such people deserved to have been smacked in the back of the head with a hot pan.

(Bloody hell.)

His suspicion was confirmed that the counselors were run by fools was confirmed at this moment. Forcing duelists to fight each other in torrential weather and thunderstorms ahead was only sensible, surely.

A scowl had mounted on his face.

“Just lose already.”

He muttered a Commutati Brevis acutus asper, flicking his wand in the direction of B. Foster.
