She listened to her family without question, and always did what was expected of her. The criminal aspect had been something she'd grown up with all her life she thought it was normal, and that it was how every family worked. She'd tell all of her friends about her family's crimes, but no one believed her due to her age and she soon realized the truth.

She eventually grew to understand it would be best if she kept her family's true nature a secret.
When she arrived in Hogwarts, she tried her best to study hard whilst still maintaining a social life, but with each school year her trips to the library would get less and less frequent to the point where she gave it up almost completely. It was only during her OWLs and NEWTs when she went back to her old habits until the exams had passed, and she managed to pass with good grades.
Delilah's relationship with her parents wasn't the best, nor all that bad. At times she would become embarrassed with the things her family did, and often blamed them for it- but she did her best to do well and school and make them proud, even if she never showed her true intelligence to them, always telling them her good marks were because of her intense revision rather than her brains alone.
When the family evacuated from Dover, Delilah stayed in the family's London flat for a few years before finally buying her own upon graduation. She grew to accept the criminal side of her family, and helps out with the family business whenever asked, mainly charming people into hastily accepting deals that were usually leaning towards the Razis' favor.
With her acceptance towards her family's nature, came a more dangerous side to herself. Unbeknownst to her family, Delilah is also quite the skilled tactician.Roleplay: You come across one of these posts on the site. Please select one & reply as your character:Option Two -
The snow had been falling steadily all morning and it didn't look like it was going to stop any time soon. Joshua Campbell scrunched his face up in a frown as he lifted his gaze to look to the sky. Snow. It really was quite a bother.
And it certainly didn't make it better that Diagon Alley seemed to be getting more and more crowded. Joshua sighed and pointed his wand at the large box that was currently placed on the doorstep of his shop. He had to get going. He had an order to deliver.
"Wingardium Leviosa!" The elderly man muttered and watched the box hover in the air for a moment. Honestly, did St. Mungo's really need that much tinsel? And with glitter of all things? He sighed again. If it hadn't been for the rather convincing stamp on the order, he would have been likely to believe it had been a prank by one of those orphaned rascals living up there.
Oh well, there was no point in waiting. Joshua deftly stirred the box down the doorstep and out onto the street, carefully levitating it above the heads of the crowd.
"Coming through! Coming through!" His voice sounded over the chatter of the crowd. "Keep out! Move ahead! Go on!" This was going way too slow. People were in the way and walking like they had all day! He huffed. Luckily the road was down hill.
"Coming through! Coming th--- arrrgh!" Joshua let out a loud shout as his feet suddenly slipped in the snow and sent him, the box, and several long strands of tinsel tumbling into the person who had been walking in front of him.
"For Merlin's sake!" Joshua muttered angrily as he hurried to his feet again, red and gold tinsel now decorating his black coat. "I am so sorry! This blasted snow!" He looked apologetic at the person he had crashed into.Roleplay Response:Delilah didn't particularly enjoy snow.
The problem with snow, was that it got in your hair. Perhaps it looked reasonably nice for a while, but once it melted it got your hair wet, making you both look and feel terrible. Hence the reason for the fur hat placed neatly atop of her head.
The usual clack of her heels against the ground wasn't present, her steps were padded with the layer of snow which coated almost everything around Delilah.
"For Merlin's sake!"
She stopped with her next step, still for a few moments before turning to look at the man. She'd heard his rather rowdy shouting a few moments ago, and had promptly ignored them and carried on walking at the speed she had been before- after all, rudeness got one no where.
As the man got up, she continued to watch him silently, looking for any (or lack of) red. There was little to no chance she would be seen helping out a lesser blood. Still, her disliking for the man was slowly growing with each second, despite the fact she'd barely said a word to him. Patience was something key you needed in life.
It was obvious this man did not have it.OTHER
