Hey! I paid for a knut subscription on March 2, and opened a help desk ticket for it the same day. It was assigned, but it hasn't been updated yet. I'm a bit confused because it said they would go through in 48 hours?
I don't need it immediately, but since I paid for it on March 2, it didn't start then, did it? Because I don't have it yet. ;A;
