I did not, whoops! But I was trying to hint at sort of the way the family worked, but I do understand that it would be highly unlikely in times like WWII, so I think that they'd more than likely not visit as frequently. However, once the war was over, I believe they'd try more and more to visit in order to get back to routine.

I would like to make Gellert an Elsewhere Child, with Thomas for the sorting.

Application for Hogwarts School

→ CHARACTER INFORMATION.

Name: Thomas Flavian Scorpius Ellwood-Luxe

Birthday: 14th February 1930

Hometown: Merthyr Tydfil

Bloodline: Pureblood

Magical Strength (pick one): Conjuring & Summoning

Magical Weakness (pick one): Transfiguration

Year (pick two): Sixth Year / Seventh Year

Biography:
It was a rather murky, dull February morning in which Thomas was welcomed into the world, in what was expected to be a day full of love, or crushes and flirting, it was quite the opposite with wind pounding the walls, rain bouncing off the window panes. However inside; by the warmth of the fire, Holly was screaming as she gave birth to her little boy, whom they named Thomas Flavian Scorpius Ellwood-Luxe, names that honored their ancestors. The family seat, Llanwyth Court was swarmed with love, as the young bundle let out his first screams, and suckled his mothers milk, a rather modern move in a rather eccentric family. Holly wanted to be a more hands on mother than her predecessors, however, it would not stop the family from adding a wet nurse and nanny into the household.
Thomas was raised as any pureblood, with the tender care and watchful eye of his parents, who held great expectations for him. At the time of his birth, Apollinarius was head of the main branch, and as such he met him at whole family gatherings, however Thomas would not remember him in his teenage years, only that he had given Thomas a signet ring on his third birthday. It was Marcellus however that he remembered the most about, especially during his younger years, he considered Marcellus of being his first friend. Upon his death when he was just eight years old, he refused to eat his food for two days, 'he missed Cell (his nickname for Marcellus) - I want Cell to come back'. Eventually, his grandfather finally got him to eat once more, Christophe having taken him out for the day, visiting the fair that was in town.
Ultimately, he took after his father, once Cell had passed away, Thomas needed someone to latch on to for guidance, this time he chose his father. Rafael taught his son, he taught him the duties of family, how to choose the right friends, to always have ambitions, to be brave, to conquer the world before it conquered you, and it was through this guidance that got Thomas sorted into Slytherin upon his arrival at Hogwarts. In his younger years at Hogwarts, he made friends that his father approved of, he attended lessons as was rules, even though he didn't quite understand most of what was said. Even though he struggled, he excelled in Conjuring and Summoning, though did particularly bad in Transfiguration. He also developed a love for Quidditch, taking a liking to flying.

Option 1

The dungeons. A place eleven-year-old Evangeline had not yet travelled since her arrival at Hogwarts.

A place she really was just fine with not knowing; but it was too late. The dare had been accepted, even if it had been done in fear of being kicked out of Gryffindor, like the older girls had said she would because Gryffindors were supposed to be brave.

The air changed instantly when she hit the main corridor of the dungeons. The dampness was almost too much for her and she instinctively took a deep breath to avoid the sensation of being suffocated. There was also a sour burning smell which Evangeline assumed was from many, many Potions lessons.

Further and further she walked, her steps so slow and gentle they made no noise against the stone walls and floor. The feeling that she wasn't alone crept up her spine and raised the tiny hair on the back of her neck. Shivering, Evangeline wrapped her arms around herself. Suddenly, she missed the warmth and comfort of the Gryffindor common room. The fire was always going and it made her feel at ease.

Why had she let those girls talk her into this? She was only eleven, she didn't have to be brave. Surely the Headmistress would not kick her out of Hogwarts for not being brave.

If only she had these thoughts while being dared to search for the ghost of one Emma Birch, whom supposedly haunted the dungeons. It was not, Evangeline had learned, the place where the sixteen-year-old girl's life had ended but as she had been from the house with a snake as its mascot, it was the place her spirit had returned to. That common room was down here somewhere, she'd been told.

Something - the small blonde girl wasn't quite sure what - but something made her stop in her tracks suddenly. There was a low, dull thumping noise. Or maybe that was her heart beating so loudly she thought it was coming from outside her body.

"H-h-hello?" Her voice was barely above a whisper.

Remembering that she was supposed to be brave, Evangeline tried again.

"Hello! Is Emma Birch here?"

The sound of her own words bouncing back at her off the walls made her jump.

Response

Thomas leaned back against the leather seat, arms spread along the spine as he lay his head back against the plush leather that was cool to the touch. Most mornings he would mind this, but at this time of the day, in the late afternoon after a busy day of running around, messing and play fighting (yes, he still did that, what you going to do, sue?), he welcomed the cool leather that managed to kiss his skin gently, his deep green and silver stripped tie on the seat next to him.

He just wanted peace. All he wanted to do was to rest, to perhaps close his eyes, have a nap in time for supper where he would be very much up to the task of eating, as well as a bit of casual flirting with Emilia. He let out a rather audible sigh as he heard the echoing of a voice, it was of high-pitch, a lost first year he supposed, it was upon this realization that he smirked, he could have some fun with this. He hoped from the seat, hurrying up to the door where he peered out of the already opened door, and there was the first year, screeching out the infamous Emma Birch's name. This lioness had strayed  from her den. It would make the entire affair much more hilarious.

"Hello! Is Emma Birch here?"

Thomas tried to put on his most feminine voice, but it did not seem to work, however, he hoped it would instill enough fear for the girl to remain scared. "It is she!" He spoke, holding back a chuckle as he went on. "Do not take another step forward. What does she before me want?"
