1 September 1961 onwards: Hogwarts Safety Measures
The four heads of houses hold house meetings in their respective common rooms after the Opening Feast on 1 September 1961 to announce further changes to the safety measures for the new term. Notices outlining all safety measures are accessible in each common room for the rest of the year. The update to the safety measures remains in place indefinitely.
