Biography: (100 words minimum.)
Louisa and Phillip Harkiss had always wanted a daughter, after having three boys. Thankfully that’s exactly what they received on 12 March, 1931. From day one, Myra Grace was always spoiled, being loved on constantly. She grew up in a very close, tight-knit family, and wouldn’t have it any other way. Growing up with rowdy boys made her loud, obnoxious, and ridiculously brave. Her family raised her to have her own voice, opinion, and do what she loved.

At age six, her mother mysteriously disappeared one day after leaving for the market.  No warning, no words, nothing. She left and never came back. That was a dark time for the young, impressionable girl, lots of tears and late nights. It seemed like every time she turned around, her eldest brother Leo was talking to their father in hushed voices.  Didn’t take long for her second older brother, Derek, to join in on the conversation.

Though Phillip Junior (PJ) was three years older than her, they grew close because of being left out of these secret meetings the older men of the household shared. Soon, after a year or so, things went back to normal. Though her heart ached for her mum, she did her best to get over the abandonment she felt. And once she turned fourteen, entering her fourth year, her father told her something had happened to all of the muggles that year, and that their mother never left by choice. This startling revelation caused a wedge in their relationship. Why had he waited all this time to tell her the truth? That wasn’t fair. Not to her, and not to PJ.

Now, she was a sixteen year old, nearly done with her education.  Soon her last year would be here, and she’d spend it with Maggie, her closest cousin, more like her sister if she were being honest.  Wouldn’t be too long until she has an adult, in the real world, and she couldn’t be more excited.

Roleplay:
Reply as your character to the following:

Godric Park.

Overhead, the sky was a crisp blue, for once clear of the ever-pervasive spongy clouds and rain. The sun was a lemony-yellow presence, high in the Eastern sky, and in front of it zipped three broomsticks in a straight line, or something very like one. One... two..... three... the boys passed, their shouts of excitement echoing as they chased the snitch, a tiny shimmer reflecting the sunlight.

Far below was another, much smaller broomstick.

It trugged along the ground, hugging close to it like a sluggish choo choo train and occasionally shuttering in protest. This was because said stick was currently being occupied by a very small girl who was tugging upward on the front of it with all her might, trying to coax it into doing what it had been expressly designed NOT to do.

"John, I said wait up!" The tiny girl squealed, giving the broomstick another tug.

Begrudgingly, it drifted upward a foot, and then sank, depositing the troublesome girl safely on the ground. Janey Hurst was not pleased. In a huff, she hopped off the toy safety broom, grabbing it firmly and thrusting it handle first into the turf.

Her brother was such a beast. He NEVER let her play! She folded her arms, seething blue eyes fixing on another figure nearby.  "You!" She barked, much more sharply than she meant to.

"...Do you want to play?"

Roleplay Response:
The day was breezy, and the sun was shining brightly. This was a rare occurrence, or so it felt like to Myra. Summer was in full swing, and it felt exactly like that. The warmth from the sun warmed her bare shoulders. She knew it wasn't exactly ladylike to show this much skin, but it was too bloody hot to care. Besides, it wasn't something the people hadn't seen before.

A little girl barked orders her way, interrupting her relaxation on the bench. She wanted to play, since the boys were teasing her, or so  Myra had gathered through the past couple minutes of observation.

"Sure, why not."

She said, putting on a smile almost as bright as the sun. Getting up off the bench, she walked over towards her.

"Will your parents care?" she asked, not wanting to get into trouble.
