Biography: (300 words minimum.)
Life in the Marin household was, well, quite frankly, boring until the youngest was born. With a dreadfully good older brother like Jacob, there were rarely any real fun to be had in his presence. Even as children, the eldest boy was far too rigid, too tense to really enjoy the lavish lifestyle bestowed on them. It had always been the ongoing joke that even though Jacob was only four years older, it felt like ten. Seemed as if their parents had brainwashed him at an early age into the ‘perfect’ child, never causing trouble or saying an ill-fated word, Jacob was precisely what their parents wanted in an heir.

But what trouble Jacob lacked in, the youngest Will had made up for.  Countless times had he been reprimanded for some prank gone wrong at school, or some wild antic at an elitist event to cause Mr. and Mrs. Marin to fly off the rails behind closed doors. But whilst in the presence of society, it was shrugged off mostly, chalked to boys will be boys, right dear?.  His lack of inhibition had always fascinated Tristan, not letting himself completely match the attitude, in fear of repercussions from his parents.

Tristan, as his parents would remind him, was the ideal mixture of both sons. He does get along very well with both of the boys, tending to act similarly depending on whom he is with. But typically he is polite and well-mannered, but friendly and happy.  Driven and ambitious, but takes time to himself, to find peace amidst the chaos that revolves around the pureblood society.  He tends to gravitate towards those he finds fascinating for a multitude of reasons, whether it be a factor of appearance or a strong personality trait.  He is very much a people person, and enjoys meeting new people, connecting on higher levels.

Roleplay:

Option One -
Amelia Nixon was many things, but she was never a pushover reporter that people could just usher away with a busy shuffle past. She was dedicated and eager to cut to the very middle of the current political tensions because she was Amelia Nixon and her articles would most certainly become front page material.

“Sir, please! It’s for the Prophet, how do you feel-“

Another one brushed passed her, the shuffling busy masses making their way through Diagon Alley for the lunchtime rush. This had been the best possible time to get people, but none of them were giving her anything to go with.

Only momentarily discouraged, the short red headed lady took a seat on a nearby bench. Her quill resting in her left hand and her notepad ready in the opposite hand. Amelia pouted, tapping the quill against her leg as she scanned the waves of people for somebody - anybody - who looked like they had something to say.

She had been dreaming of her name in bold print, Amelia Nixon: The Source of Today’s Tomorrow. She had been dreaming of the larger office and the secretaries that would fetch her the morning coffee and fetch her anything she needed. The VIP interviews and the most exclusive press passes. But all Amelia had was a page seventeen piece on the rising number of frogs in London.

Hardened by a day of no success, the reporter stood up and started to trod off down the alley. A loose stone on the cobble path caught her heel, sending the distraught girl toppling down to the ground.

“Merlin’s fog watch, my heel is broken! Help!” she yelled as she tried desperately to recover her shoe frantically in the middle of the Diagon Alley moving crowds.

Roleplay Response:
"Miss!" his voice called out to the woman sitting in the middle of the commotion. Did she really think just staying in the central road was the best idea? He could just hear Will's voice in his head calling her a damned fool for making herself a damsel.

With a slight shake of his head, Tristan jogged towards her, slipping through the crowd of patrons. Upon reaching the woman, his gaze fell to the broken heel, now understanding the reason of her concern. But it still wasn't the most sane idea to continue sitting there, making it easy to become seriously injured.

"You should probably move to a bench," he said flatly, extending his arm for her to grab ahold of. "It's not safe here."

Surely the woman already knew the dangers of her actions, but it didn't seem to phase her in the slightest.

"You could get hurt just sitting here," he spoke.
