Biography: (100 words minimum.)
It was cold tuesday in Switzerland- February 19, to be exact. There was a loud, agonized scream and a soon to be signature cry, and an infant Magdelene entered the world- not with cry, but with a shout.

She was born the second child of Josef and Maria Morgenstern. The middle child was Jezebel, and the oldest, her brother, Lucifer. She was significantly younger than both of her siblings, and often felt out. Who knows- maybe her bratty attitude is a product of that?

Maria was muggleborn and Josef, a pureblood. Like her brother, she was homeschooled. Magdalene spent her days following the muggle and wizarding curriculum and learned a lot of both- Magdalene doesn’t want anyone to think they’re better wizards than her just because she’s homeschooled. Magdalene wasn’t the best student but she got by.

Being the baby, her parents showered her in lots of love and affection. As she got older, she became more and more accustomed to special treatment.

Soon both her siblings moved to London, and Magdalene felt even more left out. After many temper tantrums and using her excellent skills if persuation, she convinced her parents to let her move into Lucifer and Jezebel’s apartment in London.

Roleplay:
Reply as your character to the following:

Godric Park.

Overhead, the sky was a crisp blue, for once clear of the ever-pervasive spongy clouds and rain. The sun was a lemony-yellow presence, high in the Eastern sky, and in front of it zipped three broomsticks in a straight line, or something very like one. One... two..... three... the boys passed, their shouts of excitement echoing as they chased the snitch, a tiny shimmer reflecting the sunlight.

Far below was another, much smaller broomstick.

It trugged along the ground, hugging close to it like a sluggish choo choo train and occasionally shuttering in protest. This was because said stick was currently being occupied by a very small girl who was tugging upward on the front of it with all her might, trying to coax it into doing what it had been expressly designed NOT to do.

"John, I said wait up!" The tiny girl squealed, giving the broomstick another tug.

Begrudgingly, it drifted upward a foot, and then sank, depositing the troublesome girl safely on the ground. Janey Hurst was not pleased. In a huff, she hopped off the toy safety broom, grabbing it firmly and thrusting it handle first into the turf.

Her brother was such a beast. He NEVER let her play! She folded her arms, seething blue eyes fixing on another figure nearby.  "You!" She barked, much more sharply than she meant to.

"...Do you want to play?"

Roleplay Response:

Magdalene’s eyes flickered to the sun- only for a moment so she wouldn’t damage her eyes. The sun was shining brightly- much too brightly for Magdalene's taste. She was a Morgenstern, after all- deathly pale and only got sunburned, never tanned.

She rolled her sleeves up higher and fanned herself as a bead of sweat trickled down her neck. Magdalene didn’t plan on staying at Godric park for a long time- she just wanted to stay finish her cup of ice cream here and leave as soon as she could.

"You!"

Magdalene didn’t know what to do for a second. She was normally the one shouting at others, and even when they yelled at her she usually started it. However, she was spared the task of thinking of a cutting response, because the girl continued.

"...Do you want to play?"

A laugh tumbled off Magdalene's lips. She was beyond amused- and, yes, a little annoyed. She wasn’t sure which she should be, so in the end, she went for annoyed. “I’m not interested in your silly games, child.” She was tired of people thinking she was so young- she was seventeen, for Merlin’s sake.

She turned, thinking that was the end of it, then she caught sight of the boys in the sky and the now useless toy broom. She remembered herself at that age- her siblings were so much older and no one wanted to play.

Saying she would play with her was soft, too weak. So she dug out a few candies from her pocket. “Hey, kid,” she barked, beckoning the girl closer. “You want some candy?”
