Spell levels?

Hello, I'm new to the site and was just wondering on how I can create a character with  some level of ability in animagus, while keeping to the rule of thumb that is weakest stat must be no less than half the value of the strongest. I'm guessing that'll I have to make a special request to make it work?

So, the best way to get these levels is to earn them. There are many opportunities for leveling in elsewhere, like joining institutions and completing private threads. You can also take advantage of our gringotts system to buy levels.

Additionally, it is possible to submit a special request for higher levels. You would also need to special request to be an animagus.
