Biography:
Born in Wollongong, Australia, Zoey was raised in a loving family. The only daughter of the Jones family grew up by the ocean. From a young age, Zoey was taught to surf by her older brother. She loved surfing, and the water, especially the water, the ocean was perfect for her. She adored the water, as it helped her to feel free. She loved swimming, and surfing, and snorkelling. Any water sport was her domain, she excelled at them, having been swimming for years.

Living in a four bedroom home, Zoey always had the space she needed, the space to express herself. Her bedroom was her haven, in the attic, almost, it was a huge space for her to relax- and yell at her brother for being loud. She loved her family, more than life itself. They were always there for her, and she was always there for them.

Every year, the Jones family visit a major country where there is a Wizarding school, it started with Japan, and then America, and then England. Multiple times, to England, it was something about that place, they all just loved it. Diagon Alley was wonderful, and so unique, not to mention the funny- cold- British weather. And the accents! It was their favourite place to visit.

They loved it.

Roleplay:

Overhead, the sky was a crisp blue, for once clear. The sun was a lemony-yellow presence, high in the Eastern sky, and in front of it zipped three broomsticks in a straight line, or something very like one. One... two..... three... the boys passed, their shouts of excitement echoing as they chased the snitch, a tiny shimmer reflecting the sunlight.

Far below was another, much smaller broomstick.

It trugged along the ground, hugging close to it like a sluggish choo choo train and occasionally shuttering in protest. This was because said stick was currently being occupied by a very small girl who was tugging upward on the front of it with all her might, trying to coax it into doing what it had been expressly designed NOT to do.

"John, I said wait up!" The tiny girl squealed, giving the broomstick another tug.

Begrudgingly, it drifted upward a foot, and then sank, depositing the troublesome girl safely on the ground. Janey Hurst was not pleased. In a huff, she hopped off the toy safety broom, grabbing it firmly and thrusting it handle first into the turf.

Her brother was such a beast. He NEVER let her play! She folded her arms, seething blue eyes fixing on another figure nearby.  "You!" She barked, much more sharply than she meant to.

"...Do you want to play?"

Roleplay Response:

Visiting England. It was the Jones Family’s favourite thing to do, England was wonderful, and it was just so… so… so… so quaint. It was just incredible, and gorgeous, and wet. Yes, it was very very wet. Why was it always raining in England? Was it like a British thing? Did nobody care? It seemed like they were all just so used to the rain, it didn’t bother them; they didn’t even all have umbrella’s, in British weather! It was absolutely insane.

She was dumped in the park, on the one day that it was sunny, which was probably a good thing, the sun wasn’t like Australia, it was more chilly, and the sky was clear, not a cloud in sight- like Australia. And above her, three broomsticks were flying- okay, so maybe she didn’t like flying. Broomsticks were cool, they definitely were, but they just weren’t as good as snorkelling. But, if it was all England had to offer- and she’d been in the North Sea, that was like ice- and it was all that England had to offer, it was good.

She was people watching, it was like they were in a zoo, it was very interesting. Constantly interesting, they were nothing like Australian people. She wanted to know how they acted. Zoey Jones was constantly interested in people. She’d heard that there was a summer camp for witches and wizards here in  England, and would definitely be visiting it.

There was a small girl, who was dragging her broomstick behind her. The girl had attempted to ride it, given up, and had dumped her nice little safety broom into the turf, and was now staring at her. The little girl had her arms folded, and was yelling at her.

“Eh?” Asked the blonde, as she looked at the little girl in surprise. “Sure. What games do ya like?”

She’d be glad to help the little munchkin, happy to help her have some fun. Plus, she seemed funny, and funny was good. And what games did British people play?
