Hi! I made the changes and amended as just about everything relating to the muggle world. I have also made references to her father's business more vague and downplay the open and obvious business dealings with muggles. I hope this is all right with you.

Application for Hogwarts School

→ CHARACTER INFORMATION.

Name: Heidi Hansen

Birthday: 5th November 1934 ( 14 years old)

Hometown: Oslo, Norway (originated), London, England (current)

Bloodline: Pureblood

Magical Strength (pick one): Charms

Magical Weakness (pick one): Divination

Year (pick two): Fourth (1st) Fifth (2nd)

Biography:

Heidi was born on a chilly November morning to Richard and Catherine Hansen. The end of Autumn was approaching ever so steadily as the beginning of winter began to gradually show its signs. The temperatures had began to dip even further than it had before, and perhaps it was something about being born in such a period that eventually made the girl grow up to being nonchalant about the cold. The Hansens were an enormously wealthy family with just about the right amount of clout and cunning that came along with it. Richard Hansen was an incredibly talented businessman that owned a wide array of businesses and investments that brought in quite the tidy sum.

Following in the footsteps of his father and his father before him, all the males in the family had been exceptional good when it came to the realm of business. He had always been really secretive about his business dealings and any attempt by the young Heidi to find what or where her father worked at had been brushed off with a lecture to not poke her nose into adult matters. The girl was simply told that he was a businessman. Her father would never do business at home, and if he did, it was always done behind closed doors. She had seen several strange men coming to visit her father, and when she asked her mother, she was told that they were his business associates and to leave it at that if she didn’t want another scolding.

Growing up in the capital city of Norway, Heidi resided in a mansion in one of the finest districts, filled with a complement of staff that saw to the family’s every needs.  For the most part of her early childhood, Heidi was raised by the household staff, the maids and the butlers. Her father would be only home every so often, and her mother as a socialite and was constantly busy with her own events to simply remain home all the time raising her daughter. Nevertheless, the love was still felt, albeit not in the conventional way in a typical family of average wealth.

Gratefully, her father would always spend his time at home with her, and she was extremely glad for that. Everything changed after the 5th of January 1940. She woke up to the stern voices of her parent’s voices and the scuffle busy activity in the house. Upon her query, her father announced that they were leaving Norway and moving to England. His sources have informed him that Norway was now unsafe with the muggle World War coming up and he was taking no chances. The Hansens went to London and it was there that she would begin her new life. Heidi got her acceptance letter to Hogwarts at age eleven just like everyone else. She was incredibly excited to embark on a new chapter on her life. Heidi had heard so much about Hogwarts and the fact that she was finally entering the famous wizarding school was surreal.

Living life as the child of an extremely wealthy family was not always a great thing to be in. Heidi had plenty of friends that would flock to her, but how many of them were actually genuine and wanted to be friends with her and not just her money? They would often ask her for loans, more often than not numbering in the thousands thinking that there was nothing more to it. It made her think how many of them would actually stay if she were to become poor one day. Genuine love from people outside her family were rarely given, if at all, and it has always been something that the girl sorely seeks and crave, feeling especially lonely without dependable friends by her side.

House Request: Slytherin/Gryffindor

Personality:

Stubbornness has always been a big part of her life, and Heidi’s mother frequently lectures her on being mule-headed and not being open to changes. She is highly confident in herself and her capabilities. When she says she knows how to do something and will get it done, it will be. Hyperactivity has always been a part of her since childhood and frequently causes her to always be buzzing around and easily distracted in whatever she may be doing at the current moment. Many a time, the girl had been reprimanded for her lack of attentiveness at her tasks due to distractions on hand.

These also contributes to her short attention span and forgetful memory. Fortunately, due to Heidi’s hardworking attitude and intelligence, she is able to put in the extra effort to make up for her weaknesses. She can be overly ambitious at times, aiming to do too much, stressing herself out and overworking herself. Heidi has also been known to be rather bold and adventurous, never timid and always open to trying out new things.

As dauntless as she may be, sometimes she may be too unafraid for her own good, not hesitating in the face of danger, even at her own risk. Recklessness is usually associated with her, although she is trying to change that. Heidi has a fierce personality that she isn't afraid to show openly.  She often tries to attempt hiding her true feelings as she sees them as a sign of weakness, especially ones that show signs of vulnerabilities, she often fails as she is an incredibly emotional person by default.

Appearance:

Standing around average height for her age, Heidi’s skin is fair and boasts a shade of golden undertones that never fails to provide a radiant appearance. Her build is relatively slim and with just a hint of curves, her hips give way to an equally slim set of thighs and legs. Her cheery eyes, with such a hue that looks like it was taken from the same palette used for the blue of the sky along with her rich brown hair that looked like it was spun out of strands of chocolate themselves. They provides a rather comely appearance for the blossoming young woman that most would find attractive. She often wears her hair down and loose, but ties them up in a ponytail or a bun when she engages in any form of physical activity, so as to not hinder her movement. Her lips are a healthy shade of pink and her nose slight and pointed.  Her skin is unblemished and she does not have any tattoos on her body.

OPTION 2:

Heidi had been fully engrossed reading her Transfiguration textbook when she was disturbed by an almighty sneeze. The sneeze pierced the otherwise tranquil air and jolted her back to her senses. Her curiosity piqued as she wondered who was the owner of the sneeze, her head peered over the flowers in the direction of the noise, but saw nothing unusual. She then shut her book, and moved towards the direction of the sound. It was there that she saw the owner, a boy that looked rather familiar, though she couldn’t exactly picture who he was. Her eyes furrowed into a frown as she stared at him in his little predicament.

He seemed to be looking for something in frustration, and disgustingly still had some snot leftover from his sneeze. The boy caught her staring and commented on that very fact, saying that it was not polite to stare. What a nasty fellow! And she wasn’t referring to the snot-filled mess that he was either! Crossing her arms with her books towards her chest, she said. “You’re quite the piece of work aren’t you?” Unfolding her arms, she said. “I was going to offer you some help, but that’s gone now.” Walking past the boy, the blonde turned around and gave him a kick on his left leg. “That’s for being a jerk.”

Bloodline: Pureblood

Magical Strength (pick one): Charms

Biography:

Heidi was born on a chilly November morning to purebloods, Richard and Catherine Hansen. The end of Autumn was approaching ever so steadily as the beginning of winter began to gradually show its signs. The temperatures had began to dip even further than it had before, and perhaps it was something about being born in such a period that eventually made the girl grow up to being nonchalant about the cold. The Hansens were an enormously wealthy family with just about the right amount of clout and influence that came along with it. Richard Hansen was a billionaire that owned a conglomerate that struck it big during the muggle world wars. The first world war proved to be a lucrative business for his companies that sold ammunition and weapons that was highly essential in the war. The outbreak of the second world war only helped to make the wealthy man even richer than ever before, as his foray into automobiles proved to be a profitable one. Despite being a pureblood, Richard and his wife always ensured to keep a foot in each of the two worlds, involving themselves in the affairs of both equally. The best of both worlds, the girl would often hear.

Growing up in the capital city of Norway, Heidi resided in a mansion in one of the finest districts, filled with a complement of staff that saw to the family’s every needs.  For the most part of her early childhood, she was raised by the household staff, the maids and the butlers. She woke up to the stern voices of her parent’s voices and the scuffle busy activity in the house. Upon her query, her father announced that they were leaving Norway and moving to England. His sources have informed him that Norway would highly likely be a target for the Germans in the muggle World War and he was taking no chances. His close ties with the muggle British Government had secured for him a transport to ferry the family to London. It was there that she would begin her new life. Heidi got her acceptance letter to Hogwarts at age eleven just like everyone else. She was incredibly excited to embark on a new chapter on her life.
