Biography: (100 words minimum.)
Felicia’s birth was surrounded by tragedy, her mother dying within minutes of bringing her only child to the world. Her father then, certain that his daughter would need all of the luck and happiness in the world, chose her name, and raised her to be a carefree, if not often excitable and reckless girl.

Being the daughter of Francisco Navarro, an enthusiastic dragonologist, Felicia not only grew up with a highly inquisitive mind, but also with a certain sense of fearlessness for the big, wild things with sharp teeth, a behaviour encouraged by her curious nature, and a devastatingly strong need to understand things.

(This is a girl that spent a summer in the hospital after allowing herself to be bitten by a rare poisonous snake because sure, she had read about what the poison caused and well, most articles she could find were on the effects on animals, but did anyone know how it affected humans? Was there an obscure treaty somewhere she could not find? You don’t understand, she just had to know.)

While she was born and spent most of her life in Canada, her father recently accepted a position in Ireland, prompting their small family to leave friends and connections behind to start anew in a whole other continent.

Her extended consists of a lot of loud, male cousins and uncles, and a few fussing aunts who are absolutely horrified every time she appears wearing trousers and covered in dirt- it’s not that she dislikes dresses, it’s just trousers are so much more functional- who she sees roughly once a year; it was during one of these family reunions that she dressed as a boy to be able to go swimming with her cousins, much to her father’s baffled amusement- and her aunts’ horrified surprise- when they found out. After the incident, her cousins still introduce her as “our cousin Félix” to this day, and the lack of reprimands from her father caused a quiet, unspoken rejection towards the both of them from the more conservative members of the family.

Not one easily flustered or embarrassed, Felicia is often cheerful and friendly-even if she can come as too intense during first meetings- and most would put her right in the line between the brilliant and the absolutely mad.

Roleplay:
Reply as your character to the following:

Godric Park.

Overhead, the sky was a crisp blue, for once clear of the ever-pervasive spongy clouds and rain. The sun was a lemony-yellow presence, high in the Eastern sky, and in front of it zipped three broomsticks in a straight line, or something very like one. One... two..... three... the boys passed, their shouts of excitement echoing as they chased the snitch, a tiny shimmer reflecting the sunlight.

Far below was another, much smaller broomstick.

It trugged along the ground, hugging close to it like a sluggish choo choo train and occasionally shuttering in protest. This was because said stick was currently being occupied by a very small girl who was tugging upward on the front of it with all her might, trying to coax it into doing what it had been expressly designed NOT to do.

"John, I said wait up!" The tiny girl squealed, giving the broomstick another tug.

Begrudgingly, it drifted upward a foot, and then sank, depositing the troublesome girl safely on the ground. Janey Hurst was not pleased. In a huff, she hopped off the toy safety broom, grabbing it firmly and thrusting it handle first into the turf.

Her brother was such a beast. He NEVER let her play! She folded her arms, seething blue eyes fixing on another figure nearby.  "You!" She barked, much more sharply than she meant to.

"...Do you want to play?"

Roleplay Response:
Felicia bit her lip, scanning the ground eagerly; dad and her had been visiting her favourite uncle, and after lunch was had, they grownups shoo’ed her to the park outside to play with other kids for a little while, after a making her promise to try and avoid trouble while.

She’d snickered at that, but knowing that sure, often she did found herself in strange situations, tried to steer away from any possible sort of trouble, and decided to use her time to try and gather the biggest amount of four-leaf clovers she could- she’d read somewhere that they brought good luck, and had been wanting to braid them into a crown for her dad to wear every time he was stuck at his research.

He’d probably know a spell to keep it from withering, too.

So lost was on her own world that when a voice barked at her, she had to blink and look around to make sure the tiny girl was talking- yelling?- at her.

“Uh,” she floundered a bit, tearing her eyes from the ground, “play? Sure!” she smiled, before walking up to the girl and taking a seat near her, allowing the clovers to fall form her arms and to the ground, “I’m making a clover-crown!” She proudly explained, “You want to make one with me?”
