Biography:
Jacklyn Megurine, otherwise known as Jackie, is the daughter of a wizard named Francis Wheeler and Ayami Megurine, Francis' work with the discovery and research of magical creatures allowed Francis to travel rather freely, and on one of the trips he met Jackie's mother on a job in Japan. They soon fell in love and Francis revealed his secret of being a wizard to his wife, eventually they settled down in Orleans, France where Jackie was born on February tenth. Jackie had always been captivated by her father's magical skills and hoped dearly that she'd be able to go to Hogwarts like her father before her. After a nine years of living in France her parents decided it'd be best if their daughter could experience another culture. On the day of her eleventh birthday a tawny owl swooped into their house and gave her the official letter from Hogwarts which accepted her into the rather prestigious school. Her childhood was a simple one, with her and her family sworn to keep their magical talents a secret from the muggles. Jackie always had a rough time making friends with the non magic folk and was always seen all by herself, this resulted in constant bullying before her years in Hogwarts, and made her a rather quiet person around strangers despite her natural kind nature. Jackie is fluent in English and French, however she can only say a few words and phrases in Japanese. Since Jackie was very quiet and uncomfortable around people, many people think she's just an odd child, or that she's plotting something. But if there ever is an instance where anyone harms something or someone she cares for she will surely get her revenge when they least expect it. She showed her potential for magic around age eight when her mother witnessed her a few rose petals into a rose colored rock.

Personality: Jackie is a very quiet person and rarely speaks up inside class or outside if she is not accompanied by a friend of hers, and she barely answers questions in classes she finds difficult, such as Divination or Potions. However once a person gets past her distant facade she is hardly quiet, in fact she can be the loudest in a group if she gets angered or excited. She loves using sarcasm which can be an issue at times because of others being unable to find the difference between sarcasm and her being serious.
She is very strong willed and will not lay down if someone insults her friends or family, or something she takes very close to heart, such as the mistreatment of magical creatures or issues regarding the muggle world.
Jackie loves to watch quidditch and will cheer her team on until she can't speak, although she isn't very athletic she prospers in the artistic realm and is often seen drawing or listening to music. She wants dearly to become a teacher of the magical arts, specifically a Hogwarts professor.
Appearance: Jackie is around 5' 3", she has brown eyes and pink hair which she uses magic to change and usually ends up changing her hair color weekly or daily depending on her mood. Though she usually has short cotton pink hair. Her face is clear of acne thankfully and has angel bites on her upper lip, a tongue piercing, and multiple piercings on her ears. Despite having a unnatural hair color she doesn't dye her brown eyebrows in fear of messing them up.

Jackie Megurine looked up to the Great Hall entrance, a wide grin on her face, happy to be back to one of her favorite places in the world, Hogwarts. She stuck her hands in her pockets, as she stuck out like a sore thumb with her bright pink hair. She looked around to see the usual crowd of students, the first years having not arrived yet. Soon they were going to be funneled into their house tables for the first feast of the school year, she noted a reporter running around, looking for a possible victim for her report.
As she noticed Jackie she ran towards her, a wide grin on her lips, Jackie herself didn't fight the reporter, knowing that she probably wouldn't outrun her. As the reporter caught up to her she asked her question a bit breathless, "What do you think about serving frog legs at lunch? Some say it’s a delicacy, but others think it’s plain gross.”
Jackie laughed, since she'd grown up in France, she was rather accustomed to the taste of 'gross' cuisine, and with her mother cooking their family octopus on occasion. She grinned, "I hope so, then I'll be able to have a taste from home."
