Biography:
Adam took a deep breath. Rolling his shoulders back and then pulling his arm up across his body as he stretched. Whenever he was not at home studying, or playing with his brother, he was out here in Godric Park. An open space, a place where there were people around and in the end remind himself that things were not the same. The Hexenreich still had their patrols, and there was still an uneasiness that can be felt around the populace.

Generally it would seem odd to find a teenage boy flying in the park when Hogwarts was still in session, but being homeschooled for this year did have some perks.

Of course he missed Hogwarts. He missed everyone there. He had contacted Oliver a few times, and he hoped that his friend forgave him. He had tried to write letters to Bianca, and well those were still unwritten or unfinished. He did not really know how to apologize for not being there for his sixth year. Explaining why he felt he had not been there was difficult. Learning that his Uncle had been sick for so long had surprised him. He had always thought his family was pretty open about crisis in the family. The fact that this information was hidden by most of the family, especially his father, had troubled him. He had not understood why until he saw what happened when everyone knew.

He had never thought he would see his family at such odds before, or perhaps he had but this was the first time he was privy to such adversarial behavior. This, he supposed, was the difference of being a child and being considered an adult. It was something he did not want to think about. He wanted to be a child again, even though there had been aggravating aspects of that, at least he would not have to worry about the future except the next year at Hogwarts.

A drizzle began to fall as he flew lazy circles around the charmed hoop. The quaffle tucked under his arm as he contemplated on his own.

He slowed himself down, coming to stop in front of the hoop. Holding himself steady he took a few deep breaths, ignoring how the overcast skies seem to be reflecting his mood. Quidditch was his escape, his attempt at finding something that linked him back to his childhood. That was simple than what he was going through now. He tried to practice at least once a week by himself. It was not always productive, considering that he was not allowed to have practice bludgers, but it was just a way to fly. His brother was old enough now that he could fly adequately on a broom, and follow Adam but he really did not like playing his brother. He always felt himself holding back whenever they practiced together.

He shouldn’t, and he trusted his brother to be strong, but there was a fear that kept Adam from going all out.

Another deep breath as he moved his broom back, accellerating forward as he aimed for the hoop. His goal in site, dodged and weaved protecting the quaffle from being stolen, and his body from being pelted by imaginary bludgers. Within sight of the scoring zone he pulled his arm back and let the quaffle fly towards the hoop.

Which it hit! And then... then it bounced off and dropped towards the ground.

“... Maybe I should stick to beater.”

→ SAMPLE ROLEPLAY.
Please reply to one of the Sample Roleplays below.
He was down in the dungeons in an attempt to find Oliver. It was somewhat difficult attempting to get back into the rhythm of going to structured classes again, but he had Oliver. Oliver at least could help him focus slightly, or not get into trouble. Oliver was also there in case he forgot to write down the homework, which he had so now he was attempting to find his friend to know what that homework was.

He supposed he could also ask someone else in the same class, but the first things friends did for each other was to help each other. Still, he had been unsuccessful. Oliver was not there, and he had about two hours to find out what the homework was so he could scrape something together. Then again he could just attempt to put something together anyways, and say he tried his best. As he thought about his options, he was suddenly interrupted by the sound of a small voice, calling out for a name that...

He froze in his steps. Blinking for a moment, before continuing his steps towards the girl. Coming out from around a corner he blinked as he saw the owner of the voice. His brow furrowed before he gave a shake of his head, "You won't find her here..."

Not physically or spiritually to the best of his knowledge. Most ghosts like to haunt the places that they died, because that was their strongest memory. He supposed it was good to look at the Slytherin Dungeons, but he had not heard any rumors that she was here either. If she was, then he would have been the first to talk to her. Still, he'd help if she wanted it. "You'd probably find her in the Transfiguration room if you really want to find her..." He blinked at her with his brown eyes for a moment before giving a smile, "I'm Adam," His hand shot out to take hers in a handshake, "You wouldn't happen to know what the potions homework was?"
