Biography:
Frank Viggano Jr. is the son of a former professional quodpot player, Frank Viggano, and a British Pureblood Debutante, Milicent Carlisle. They seemed like an unlikely couple but their romance was a whirlwind romance. His parents had met when Frank Sr.'s quodpot team had crossed the pond for an exhibition game. Milcent was young, and Frank was in love so after only three months they were married. These sort of things made the papers, but the Carlisle family had not minded the union, because they knew the Viggano family line was pure and Frank had agreed to a prenuptial. Even though they were young, and Frank was in love they did pretty well. Ten months after marriage, Frankie was born. With bright eyes and dark hair, he was a sensitive child. Crying over little things, and finding joy just simply being held. Everything was going well for the Viggano family, until the day his father suffered a serious injury.
It had ended his career, and in the end it ended his parent’s relationship. Frank had not been old enough to understand really what had happened. His mother had been there, and then one day she had been gone. His father’s reaction was that of heartbreak. Frank Sr., had loved his wife, but it seemed like she had not been devoted the same way. At the age of seven, the divorce was finalized and his father had gotten custody.
Being raised by his father, he soon learned not to cry at every little thing. He went through a phase where he was unable to handle being angry, which resulted with him throwing rather violent tantrums. Frank Viggano stopped this by introducing his son to quodpot.
He kept on visiting his mother, going to England to see her at least once every two months, or during long holidays while he was going to Salem. He usually finds himself wandering around though, instead of spending time with her. Finding himself distancing from his mother, as she seemed to forget how much his father had loved her. He felt himself spending even less time in the house whenever possible, after she had remarried. He did not like the guy, and soon he found himself pushing the new stepfather’s buttons as often as he could. It was when he was thirteen, and began to see girls as more than just girls did he start forming most of his rules of life, along with setting up a very important observation. A person’s feelings are fickle, quodpot isn’t.
When it comes to quodpot nothing is better. He was raised playing the game, and he has certain philosophies because of it.
Don’t cry, when you can hit something. On the field this is more literal, if you find yourself frustrated or injured in the game you use this energy to keep on going, not to just sit there bawling on your broom about how life is unfair. It applies to life also. If something bad happens, don’t just bawl about it… do something.
Love is like a live quod ball. This was a lesson that Frankie learned at an early age, when he had seen his parent’s divorce. One day they seemed totally devoted and in loved, then the next they had separated. His mother back in Europe, and a year later she had remarried. Love is fleeting, so you take it while it is good to you and leave before you get knocked out of the game.
You never get anywhere if you're too scared to score. Taking risks is a part of life, it’s a part of quodpot. If you pass the quod ball all the time, or refuse to actually hold it, that won’t let you score. You need to go for the quod and just fly as quick as you can towards the pot. The risk can be anything, and Frank Viggano Jr, has never been scared of taking risks, (except of course falling in love).
These are only a few lessons that Frankie finds himself looking to guidance for. There are more for smaller general situations, but those three have done pretty well for him. Although, sometimes his interpretations have gotten him in trouble, which is why he finds himself out in Merry old England, and enrolled in Hogwarts. He does not regret how it had happened though. He had volunteered to take the blame, and he is going to run with it even if they found evidence that it was not his fault. He keeps his promises, because Frank Viggano Jr. does not like being called a liar.

Personality: Life is a game, and Frank Viggano plans on winning it. As long as he is able to reach his own goals, he thinks he is winning. Setbacks happen of course, but he does not let this get him down for long, he just attempts to find new opportunities. Some of his actions may seem Machiavellian upon first impressions, but he always has a reason for doing what he does (even if it is a selfish reason.) Long as he has a shot at being successful in some way, he is willing to take any risk or challenge no matter the hazard. He is extremely social, and he likes to play all sorts of games, but his attention can be easily lost if a challenge is not proving challenging. He is emotionally selfish and although he is generous with his affection towards people, and quite generous with money, he is unwilling to be too emotionally attached in romantic relationships. Once things become more than physical (on an emotional level), he starts to drift away not wanting to take the responsibility of someone's heart. Some may call that cowardly, but Frank considers it being pragmatic. He does find interest in people, meddling in affairs that he knows he should not, but he does it if it is somehow affecting him or his life, or if someone is just going about a situation wrong.
He is not overly critical of people, and likes to look upon good qualities of others even if they are absolutely horrid. He always finds something to like in someone, even if he hates them. He may not been morally aligned with most of society, but he has his own principles and guidelines that he sticks with. He has a certain chivalry when it comes to women, not liking to see them cry and he does not like to pressure them or manipulate them if he can help it. He keeps his promises, and does not like lying, although he will twist the truth to fit his needs.
