Biography: (100 words minimum.)Aiko Sayuri was fifteen in the year 1919, when she met a woman by the name of Cho Tsubaki. Cho Tsubaki and her brother, Shin Tsubaki, were seventeen and twins that year. As the three got to know each other, Aiko and Cho began to fall in love. It was a forbidden love, and the two promised to devise a plan that would allow them to be together for the rest of their lives.
Shin was in love with Aiko, but Aiko did not return his feelings, and Shin knew why. She loved his sister, Cho. This angered him, but Aiko and Cho begged him to keep silent - if he did not, it could cost them their lives. So, he kept silent.
When Aiko turned seventeen, in 1921, she learned from her parents that she was technically a Pureblood Squib. The Sayuri family had kept their magic heritage secret from Aiko, since she did not show any signs of having any magic.
Cho and Shin were both nineteen that year, and graduated at the top of their class. They had no idea that Aiko did not know she was a Witch - or supposed to be. Shin was a Muggleborn, while Cho was a Muggle. Shin had gone to a wizard school in Sweden for the first few years of his life, and then decided to quit, that he wanted to live as a Muggle, like his sister. Cho was jealous to learn that Aiko had the possibility to be a witch, and then to learn that the younger girl was only a Squib.
The jealousy stayed for a year, and when Aiko turned eighteen, Cho and Shin had devised a plan to keep her with them. Shin asked Aiko to marry him, after Cho explained that she would marry her brother, and then they would move to America, where they could be together, at least that is what they thought would happen.
Because of her Squib status, her family had blocked her from their money - shunned her, so they did not care when she married a Muggleborn. They did not know of her love for Cho, either, or they would have disowned her completely.
That winter, Aiko married Shin. Over the years, she'd come to love the man like a brother, though she married him. He pleaded with her to agree to move to New Zealand for a few years; Cho even wanted it. So, finally, after three months of pleading, she gave in and told him yes, she would move away.
From the year 1923 until the year 1926, Cho, Aiko, and Shin Tsubaki lived in New Zealand. Though the Tsubaki were Muggles, they were rich Muggles. Shin grew quite jealous over the affection his wife, Aiko, showed his sister; her true love, Cho. He soon forced Aiko to move, with him, to Greece.
It was August of 1926 when Aiko was forced into the move, and left Cho behind. The couple pretended to be happy, and live in Greece for quite a few years - until 1928, December of that year Cho found them, and reunited herself with Aiko, which only angered Shin more.
The man would make his wife move to Germany, then. He would try, once more to lose his sister in the move. And, he succeeded. They only stayed in Germany a year, and by December of 1929, Aiko was the one asking to move to America, and Shin was overjoyed that his wife would ask something like that of him.
He, however, did not know that his sister had found them, somehow, and had been sending Aiko letters from America - a place called North Carolina. Well, the move went as planned, and the couple moved to a place called Boston.
As the year progressed, Aiko soon grew pregnant, at the young age of twenty-five. Shin was overjoyed; he'd always wanted a child, he had begged Aiko for years to let them try, at least, and she'd always said no.
Now, the pregnancy was an accident, Aiko did not want children, not while her heart was with Cho. She'd been meeting Cho in secret, since she moved to America. Cho had decided to come to her, since Shin refused to let Aiko leave the state.
Well, when Cho found out that Aiko was pregnant with her brother's child, on the first day of January, 1930, it broke her heart that her love would betray her in such a way. Well, she began plotting to destroy her brother.
On the eve of September 1st, 1930, a little girl that the couple named Yasuko, was born. Aiko immediately refused to see the little girl - she handed her off to a maid and simply refused to lay eyes on her.
When the little girl turned two, in 1931, Aiko refused to look at her, go near her, she did not even attend the child's party. Oh, no. Aiko did not want the little girl. Shin did, and he could not understand why his wife was acting as she was. He thought that she had come to love him, after all those years together.. but he was apparently wrong.
Cho did resurface from hiding to come to her niece's birthday. She was met at the window - having climbed into the second story window, into the room Aiko shared with Shin - by Aiko, who immediately smothered her in kisses, and the like.
Shin had been coming up to try and get his wife to come to the birthday party, as the guests were asking about her, and he walked in on his sister and his wife, kissing. He was quick to jerk Aiko away, and slap her across the face. Cho, enraged by the man's action, would lift her own hand to hit him.
Shin chose to draw a wand, and use a spell to tie his sister up. Aiko struggled from her husband's grasp to try and get to Cho, only to stop herself and agree to go downstairs - on one condition, that he let Cho go.
So, he agreed.
Cho was quick to run to hug her brother; while Aiko, who was behind the man, handed her the dagger she'd stolen from him. Cho did not hesitate to stab her brother in the back - though Aiko's reaction surprised her.
The moment that dagger entered her husband's flesh, Aiko realized that she did not love Cho, she only thought she did because she was told not too, she loved Shin, her husband. Enraged by the woman, who threw herself down to her husband's side, Cho stabbed her as well.
Both of Yasuko's parents died that night, and her aunt was locked away in a mental asylum. She was tossed between rich and poor families, until the summer of 1938, when she decided to run away on her eighth birthday.
Now, she lives on the streets, thieving and avoiding contact with others; she makes her own rules and she thrives that way.

Overhead, the sky was a crisp blue, for once clear of the ever-pervasive spongy clouds and rain. The sun was a lemony-yellow presence, high in the Eastern sky, and in front of it zipped three broomsticks in a straight line, or something very like one. One... two..... three... the boys passed, their shouts of excitement echoing as they chased the snitch, a tiny shimmer reflecting the sunlight.
Far below was another, much smaller broomstick.
It trugged along the ground, hugging close to it like a sluggish choo choo train and occasionally shuttering in protest. This was because said stick was currently being occupied by a very small girl who was tugging upward on the front of it with all her might, trying to coax it into doing what it had been expressly designed NOT to do.
"John, I said
wait up!" The tiny girl squealed, giving the broomstick another tug.
Begrudgingly, it drifted upward a foot, and then sank, depositing the troublesome girl safely on the ground. Janey Hurst was not pleased. In a huff, she hopped off the toy safety broom, grabbing it firmly and thrusting it handle first into the turf.
Her brother was such a beast. He NEVER let her play! She folded her arms, seething blue eyes fixing on another figure nearby. "You!" She barked, much more sharply than she meant to.
"...Do you want to play?"
Roleplay Response:Yasuko had been walking through the park, looking for someone to steal from. She was hungry, and looking for trouble - oh, yes, she was quite the troublemaker! She just loved causing trouble, it usually was what fed her, when a voice shouted at her to play.
She jumped. She was not often asked to play, being dressed in such a way, as she was. She wore three-year old rags. Well, it had once been a pretty skirt and shirt, but it was a hand-me-down from one of the older foster children, and it was the only thing the girl had.
She stuck her tongue out at the other girl and shook her head. "Nope! I don't wanna play with no magic-maker-brat!" She stated, turning on her heel and starting in another direction. Her English was not the best, as she outright refused to learn proper English, though she wrote properly. She just hated being told how to talk.
Soon, she was gone, down another road and off in search of galleons or food, either one would suit her. OTHERHow did you find us?
