Yep, the child app is the right way to go! Any character under the age of 17 that hasn't applied to Hogwarts would need to fill out the Elsewhere child app. When (or if) you decide to play her at Hogwarts, you'd just fill out a Hogwarts application for her during one of our "summer" terms.

(Sorry if this turns out to be a super dumb question, or if it's been answered somewhere else.)

Right! So. Nora here is thirteen--past the age when people generally begin Hogwarts/whatever other school they're going to--but for various reasons has been kept from attending school. This will change shortly, but in the meantime, I was wondering whether I should submit an application for her as a child or an adult. She has literally zero magical skill at this point, so I was thinking the child application would make most sense, but let me know which one would be most appropriate and I can definitely fill that out. <3
