Biography:
Catherine Winchester had a very sheltered childhood. She was taught to respect her elders, be kind to her siblings and to chew with her mouth closed. Although her father was always buried nose deep in his work and her mother no different, Catherine would forever admire her parents even though she was ignored mostly. Everything she had known as a child was very much controlled by her parents who decided on everything in her life; her clothes, her hair and even who to be friends with.
Catherine would never say that she wasn't grateful for what she had received and learnt as a child, but she was however, frustrated by the life that was already planned out before her. She felt inexperienced, left out and above all ignored.
Now in her teenage years she has experienced her fair share of rebellious moments, like that one time she dyed her hair red much to her mother's horror and her father's indifference. You could say that she did the things she did just to gain some type of attention from her parents, but it only led to her being whisked away to an all girls school. If the change in schools was supposed to 'teach her a lesson' then it proved to be nothing but futile as she became even more rebellious than ever.
Catherine has always admired her aunt though. Her aunt Darcy, who was a professor at her old school, was young, fun and loud. Aunt Darcy was a role model to Catherine and is the reason why Catherine wants to be a professor. Her aunt has constantly been there for Catherine and has given her time and love to her niece.
Now that she is fast approaching thirteen, Catherine is hellbent on doing well in all her classes and hopefully one day becoming a professor just like her aunt Darcy.

Personality: Catherine is an intelligent and feisty young woman and a little rebellious. Despite that she is fiercely loyal to her friends and sociable but can turn sour when people are rude to her or her friends. Although she can be a little arrogant at times but means well. She is insanely stubborn and will never back down from a debate or argument so things can get heated fairly quickly. She is not very quick to anger but sometimes allows the smallest of things to agitate her.
Appearance: Catherine has a caramel complexion and wear her hair in long, dark brown waves. Her eyes are a warm brown almost like her hair. She is of a fairly short stature and is petite in size but has never let that be a disadvantage.

"Oh where is that girl?" Catherine thought aloud to no one in particular. She was searching for her assigned charms partner, Sephy. She was about to give up on her search for her estranged partner when she was suddenly approached by the school new reporter.
"Oh, I suppose they're just plain gross," Catherine replied trying to think of ways to steer away from the awkwardness of the abrupt encounter. "I guess I don't really know seeing as I haven't had any, but nobody would want frog legs hopping off their plates in the middle of their meals!" Catherine finished silently praying that her joke didn't go unnoticed.
Catherine was discreetly glancing over the girl's shoulder to see if Sephy had shown up recently, which she still hadn't yet. While the girl before her was trying to talk to her, Catherine remained unresponsive as she started to run towards a flustered looking Sephy who had just entered the room. Catherine had every intention of giving Sephy a piece of her mind...
