1. Technically, your character would have been born in 1972, but the nature of the time warp means they remember next to nothing about the 1970s. They might have a flash of memory of that time period but it would be vague and probably feel like they were just having a strange dream. To Fern, she was born in 1934.
2. Yes, only wizards slid back in time. The only exception to this would be if Muggles were in some part of the wizarding world at the time of the warp (December 31st, 1974 at midnight).
3. Muggleborn characters would have lost all their family and they might not have many memories of them. For some, it might feel like they had always been orphans while others might be confused about why they had woken up one morning and not had any family.
4. No, time is still moving forward in the Muggle world. The 70s will become the 80s and so on. Witches and wizards won't come into contact with family members in the past or the future.
