Realized there is going to be an issue with the time warp, I am going to change it around so that she is currently 14 and she left immediately after her mother's death to live with her grandmother. That way the time warp and the move to London happened at the same time (7 years ago).

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Character Name:
Forsythia Goodspeed Woolf

Gender:
Female

Age:
10, soon to be 11

Bloodline:
Halfblood

Parents/Guardians (Are they currently played characters?):
Until now Forsythia lived with her father George Woolf. George is a muggle and a livestock farmer who makes his living off raising sheep and rabbits in the countryside, far away from most of civilization. Her mother, Adeline Goodspeed, a pureblood witch, passed away in a car accident when Forsythia was 7 years old, leaving Forsythia with some emotional scars and prone to bouts of anger. Her parents had been happily married with three children, Forsythia being the youngest and only daughter. She is also the only one with magical powers in her immediate family, her older brothers and father are all non-magical. However, Forsythia is currently staying with her Grandmother, her mother's mother and a witch, in London in preparation for her impending entrance into the wizarding world. A few bizarre instances in her childhood have proven Forsythia is a witch and with her father and brothers so ignorant of magic, her grandmother insisted she come live with her for a while. It will be Forsythia's first time in a big city.

Residence:
Spending her whole life in the countryside on her father's farm Forsythia is out of place in London where she is now staying with her Grandmother, her closest living relative with magical powers. Her Grandmother has a lovely large townhouse made of large white stone and covered in ivy and morning glories. There is a great red door with a knocker shaped like the head of a lamb, which Forsythia swears she saw wink at her when she arrived. Forsythia lives here with her Grandmother and her grandmother's nippy little dog, a terrier named Oscar.

Do you plan to have a connection to a particular existing place (for example: the daycare)?
Forsythia prefers to be outside, also she is very interested in her family's magical history so she will probably explore graveyards.

Do you wish to be approved as a group with any other characters? If so who and for what IC reason?
Nope

Biography: (100 words minimum.)
Forsythia spent her whole life in the English countryside on her family's farm being raised among sheep and rabbits. Adventurous, carefree and a bit of a tomboy she developed a love for the great outdoors and all animals big and small. Her mother described her as a firecracker, he father described her as a lightening storm. She was bold and courageous although perhaps also a bit impatient and competitive. Her world crumbled when her mother died in a car accident four years ago, her father becoming withdrawn, quiet and sad after the event, while her two older brothers had to take on greater responsibility and had less time to play. Rather than grow depressed, Forsythia grew angry and often would lose her temper at rather small mishaps. About a year ago when one of the sheep at the farm broke free while Forsythia was trying to bring them in for the night, her anger sparked and she cursed at the animal to stop. Her head pulsing with anger she ran after the lamb, never breaking her gaze and muttering foul words under her breath. Suddenly the animal froze completely as if its feet had been cemented to the ground, it tried to raise its legs but couldn't. It cried out. Forsythia's gaze broke and she herself came to hault, perplexed by the sight. As she relaxed the animal suddenly broke free from the invisible trap and continued sprinting away. Many small signs of this sort as she grew older indicated to Forsythia and her family that she did indeed have magical powers like her mother. A few months before her 11th birthday her grandmother called her father and asked if the girl could come stay with her in London, it was about time she learned of her family's history and the wizarding world. Her father agreed it was what her mother would have wanted and within a week all of Forsythia's belongings were packed and she was on a train to London.

Roleplay:
Reply as your character to the following:

Godric Park.

Overhead, the sky was a crisp blue, for once clear of the ever-pervasive spongy clouds and rain. The sun was a lemony-yellow presence, high in the Eastern sky, and in front of it zipped three broomsticks in a straight line, or something very like one. One... two..... three... the boys passed, their shouts of excitement echoing as they chased the snitch, a tiny shimmer reflecting the sunlight.

Far below was another, much smaller broomstick.

It trugged along the ground, hugging close to it like a sluggish choo choo train and occasionally shuttering in protest. This was because said stick was currently being occupied by a very small girl who was tugging upward on the front of it with all her might, trying to coax it into doing what it had been expressly designed NOT to do.

"John, I said wait up!" The tiny girl squealed, giving the broomstick another tug.

Begrudgingly, it drifted upward a foot, and then sank, depositing the troublesome girl safely on the ground. Janey Hurst was not pleased. In a huff, she hopped off the toy safety broom, grabbing it firmly and thrusting it handle first into the turf.

Her brother was such a beast. He NEVER let her play! She folded her arms, seething blue eyes fixing on another figure nearby.  "You!" She barked, much more sharply than she meant to.

"...Do you want to play?"

Roleplay Response:
Forsythia looked up, her eyes were startled and wide as if she had been stirred from a deep trance. Lonely and bored she had been aimlessly yanking grass away from the earth, leaving a small patch of dark bare dirt, her thoughts were consumed with her mother. She wondered if she had ever been here. She wondered if she liked raspberry jam, or if she preferred dawn to dusk. There were so many things she'd never know.

She turned her head to both sides to gather her surroundings. Was this girl speaking to her? There didn't appear to be anyone else she could have intended. A wave of euphoria suddenly swept through Forsythia's body, little tingly pins flowed through her veins and let off a carbonated fizz in her brain. Forsythia jumped to her feet still clutching a hand full of grass.

"Race you to that tree?" she she asked in an excited puff of air, her arm extended with a finger pointing to a large oak about the length of a football field away. It was a magnificent oak, with low lying branches that could easily be reached and climbed upon.

"Last one there is a rotten egg!"
