Name: Vladimus Dracul

Biography: Early Life
Vladimus was born to Melissa and Vladimus Dracul the First. As a child he often played by himself, preferring the company of books rather than people. He valued any time with his parents seeing as he rarely saw them. They were professional Quidditch players and hardly ever had breaks in between games to cater to his needs. Vladimus spent quite a bit of time with his butler, Benedict who was also his caretaker while his parents were away. Benedict had a very dark side to him and was very cold in some regards. However he had a soft spot for Vladimus. He taught young Vladimus about the darker side of magic discussing how it could be used for one’s personal gain. Benedict was pleased that he caught onto things rather quickly, thus he began to call Vladimus his little prodigy. When he turned eleven his parents mysteriously died one night leaving him in the care of Benedict indefinitely. It was at this time that he also received his acceptance letter to Hogwarts and his life as a wizard began.
Preteen Life
During his first year in Hogwarts, Vladimus expressed a high interest in potions and playing Quidditch. He seemed to be a natural at flying on a broom which is of no surprise due to his parents being professional Quidditch players. He often kept to himself and didn’t seem to be fitting in with many of the people his age as he spent time in places like the library. He is also interested in Alchemy, but was never sure about how to express it. So Vladimus has kept that part about him quiet. Benedict continued to help him with his summer studies and makes sure that Vladimus is capable of receiving Outstandings. After his second year, Benedict purchased a pet cat for Vladimus. The cat was named Viper for Vladimus’s love of snakes.
Present
Presently, Vladimus is at his manor where he reads up on potions and keeps up with Wizarding News by reading the Daily Prophet. He still doesn’t have much contact with people outside of his manor and doesn’t express interest in socializing either. He’s not sure what he wants to do as an adult, but he hopes that it will involve potions. Vladimus also spends time practicing flying on his broom.

Personality: Vladimus is a quiet male who secretly takes pleasure in the misfortune of others. He has few people he can actually tolerate. Getting along with him takes some work and it's rare that you will actually see him being nice. He can be charming, but that's only before he's about to say something mean. However, if you do manage to get past all that, you'll realize that on the inside he's just a lonely child who is afraid of being in pain. He's very loyal to the people he trusts and will protect them with his last dying breath. However, Vladimus's methods of protection can seem a little unorthodox at a first glance. After some observation, you'll realize it was with good intent.
Vladimus is passive aggressive. He doesn't speak unless spoken too or their is a dire need for him to talk to someone. He prefers his solitude and can't stand it when people get into his space. He loves Quidditch and it's one of the only times you will actually see him smile with his soul rather than his lips. At least, that was how it was described in the Daily Prophet. Since you hardly ever see him smile without a small hint of pain.
Appearance: Vladimus is approximately six feet and seven inches tall. He has grey eyes. His muscles aren't spectacular but they aren't anything to scoff at either.

OPTION 1: Vladimus was only looking for some peace and quiet. He had heard about the Quiddictch game. It had been a disappointment, but the game had not been particularly important to him personally. What he really wanted to do at that moment was find a place where he could read the rest of his book. It was beginning to unravel in the most interesting of ways and the main character was in a life or death situation. He could only wonder if the author would be so daring as to kill the main character. Vladimus aimlessly turned the corner only to spot the MVP of today's Quidditch game.
"WHAT! Haven't you ever seen a loser before? Why don't you just take a picture!"
Vladimus's eyebrow twitched with irritation. How dare that brat address him so crudely? It was only by chance that the both of them happened to be walking down the same hallway. It was not his fault that messed up and dropped the quaffle. Furthermore mistakes happened. That was no reason to throw a temper tantrum in the middle of the hall. He scowled at James not caring that the boy was nearly in tears.
"Listen here, you inconsiderate brat! Losses happen and mistakes happen. However, that's no reason to get so bent out of shape. If you're going to break down every time something like that happen, you mine as well quit. Hasn't anyone taught you that it's better to lose with dignity rather than without?" Vladimus snapped.
He turned on his heel to walk in the opposite direction not wanting to be anywhere near that second year boy for fear of saying something down right foul. One day James would learn Vladimus thought. People will recognize your failures faster than your successes which is why you have to make sure you successes are bigger than your biggest failure. He shook his head trying to calm himself down before finally deciding to go his house lounge rather than the library. At least there he could have some peace and quiet.
