Reason for Transfer:Reagan always wanted to attend Hogwarts but as her whole family, including her mother farther and brother attended Salem they convinced her to do the same. Respecting her parents wishes she gave it a chance but wasn't happy there and therefore approached them about transferring. After a few argument's and deliberations they gave in and decided to let her give it a try.
Biography:
Reagan Lilly was born to an upper class, Pureblood family living in Hogsmeade. Her mother, Athena Lilly and her Farther Adonis Lilly met at Salem Institute when they were in their third year, what started as a beautiful friendship blossomed into true love. And a few years after finishing their education they became settled and began building their lives together. First they had Reagan’s brother; Eros Lilly He attended Salem as Reagan did before applying for her transfer to Hogwarts, Then three years later Reagan followed. Reagan had a princess’s upbringing with an overprotective brother and farther who spoilt her rotten, and a mother who would was hell-bent on their reputation as a wizarding family and living the lavish lifestyle others could only dream of.

A figure made it's way up the corridor and approached Reagan head on.
“What do you think about serving frog legs at lunch? Some say it’s a delicacy, but others think it’s plain gross.”
It was for the school paper The Spellbound, and Reagan loved to get involved with anything that would get her publicity and a chance to build her reputation around the castle. "Frogs legs?" She turned up her nose and made a small choking noise. "That's just disgusting! Who in Merlin's beard eats that rubbish?! Have you seen the size of frogs? Not exactly a filling meal is it, let alone the fact that it probably tastes so..." Reagan shuddered at the thought of sticking the slimy leg into her mouth. "Yuk! No count me out of that!" Reagan raised her hand in the reporter's face to stop her from continuing the distasteful conservation, turned and strutted away down the hall.

Biography:
Born in London, England into a Pureblood Family. Reagan's parents Ava and Charles Lilly gave birth to her in the spring. Reagan can be harsh and stubborn and get a giggle at someone else's expense but deep down some where there is actually some good.
Reagan had a happy childhood and was at times slightly spoiled. Been the only child she is used to getting her own way and having nice things that she didn't have to share with anyone. Her family is not rich, but they are wealthy enough to sit comfortably in life.
As a young teenager, her parents taught her from home and Reagan listened carefully and learnt much but as she has aged Reagan decided she wanted to socialize more and learn in a school with other students. She feels quite lonely as much as she feels the benefits of being an only child.

Reagan locked eyes with the boy, her eyes didn't blink and you could see the venom in her expression.
"Do i look like some sort of imbecile to you? I think i'm more more than capable enough to do my own work thanks" she snapped back at him.
