Birthday:December 21, 1945

Hometown:Calais, France

Bloodline:
Pureblood

Magical Strength (pick one):
Charms

Magical Weakness (pick one):
Divination

Year (pick two):
5th

Biography:
Of the three Boleyn heirs, young Siobhan is the middle. And while she did love her family deeply, they were not the warmest bunch. Her father, Tomás, was a Durmstrang man through and through. The strict up-bringing that the school was known for is exactly how he raised his children. Misbehavior was met with punishment. HEr mother, Annalise, was a cold perfectionist who used subtle manipulation that she learned in her formative years as a slytherin to get what she wanted from everyone around her. Her parents were difficult to please but Merlin did she miss them. A little over a year ago they had both caught dragon pox and couldn’t shake it. The only saving grace was that the children were at school. Siobhán’s elder brother, Dominik, followed in her father’s footsteps and had gone to Durmstrang while she had wanted to go to her mother’s old school of Hogwarts. Tomás would not have it; he decreed that she would be attending Beaubaxton’s as his mother and sisters had. No manipulation from Annalise or Siobhán would change his mind. The only budging that happened was that he let her mother send her younger sister, Angelique, to Cavendish School for Girls in London. Her father hated England often saying that his wife was the only good thing that he had ever found there.

After the passing of thier parents, the children were left in the guardianship of their maternal grandmother, Lady Faye Graymare. Lady Graymare was kind and gentle and the children loved visiting her. She gave the children the free choice to attend whatever school they wanted. While her older brother refused to switch as he liked his school, Siobhán jumped at the chance to finally have some independence from her father. She would make her mother proud.

→ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
Note: This section is optional, and is up to you to complete.

House Request: Slytherin

Personality:
Siobhán is a quiet, watchful girl. She does not yell or speak before thinking but can be very quick witted when she wants to be. She refuses to let anyone walk all over her which got her more than a few punishments as a child. She proudly enjoys her femininity and is never seen in an ungraceful manner. She is very protective of her little sister and would do anything for her and her brother is her best friend. She learned very early from her mother that if there is something you want you need to go after it at any cost and that is her motto for Hogwarts, Merlin help any who get in her way.

Appearance:
She had dark brown almost black hair that she inherited from her father and green eyes from her mother. Her light skin can be attributed from the little time she spends outside as she would rather not get her dresses dirty. Her short stature often gives people the impression that she is weak but it is only a fool who would underestimate her.

Option I:

The dungeons. A place eleven-year-old Evangeline had not yet travelled since her arrival at Hogwarts.

A place she really was just fine with not knowing; but it was too late. The dare had been accepted, even if it had been done in fear of being kicked out of Gryffindor, like the older girls had said she would because Gryffindors were supposed to be brave.

The air changed instantly when she hit the main corridor of the dungeons. The dampness was almost too much for her and she instinctively took a deep breath to avoid the sensation of being suffocated. There was also a sour burning smell which Evangeline assumed was from many, many Potions lessons.

Further and further she walked, her steps so slow and gentle they made no noise against the stone walls and floor. The feeling that she wasn't alone crept up her spine and raised the tiny hair on the back of her neck. Shivering, Evangeline wrapped her arms around herself. Suddenly, she missed the warmth and comfort of the Gryffindor common room. The fire was always going and it made her feel at ease.

Why had she let those girls talk her into this? She was only eleven, she didn't have to be brave. Surely the Headmistress would not kick her out of Hogwarts for not being brave.

If only she had these thoughts while being dared to search for the ghost of one Emma Birch, whom supposedly haunted the dungeons. It was not, Evangeline had learned, the place where the sixteen-year-old girl's life had ended but as she had been from the house with a snake as its mascot, it was the place her spirit had returned to. That common room was down here somewhere, she'd been told.

Something - the small blonde girl wasn't quite sure what - but something made her stop in her tracks suddenly. There was a low, dull thumping noise. Or maybe that was her heart beating so loudly she thought it was coming from outside her body.

"H-h-hello?" Her voice was barely above a whisper.

Remembering that she was supposed to be brave, Evangeline tried again.

"Hello! Is Emma Birch here?"

The sound of her own words bouncing back at her off the walls made her jump.

Siobhán had been coming back from the library after a long day of studied for her potions final when she heard it. It sounded like a small child almost crying and asking for someone called...Emma Birch? She rolled her eyes. Her housemates had warned her of such griffindor pranks. Often they would send the younger students to the dungeons looking for some made up student who had been killed there. Most of the other slytherins thought it was to see how the new ones reacted, how [i[brave[/i] they could be.

She snorted, “Stupidity more like it…” She said to herself. “Come here little one, there is no Emma here. Your friends have sent you on a fools errand.”

Siobhán made her way toward the terrified looking little girl and offered a hand. “Come. The common room is this way. We can have some tea and let you calm down. Then we can find a way to get back at those imbeciles that send you down here by yourself? How does that sound?”

She tried to make her face as welcoming as possible; the little girl reminded her of her sister. Anger began to boil within her as the thought of the samething happening to little Angel. She would find these lions and make sure this stupid tradition eneded.

Siobhan Boleyn

Biography: (300 words minimum.)
Pierce Roman Huxley-Jewell is the third eldest of the Huxley-Jewell children. Like most of his siblings he is fond of his parents but not particularly close with either of them. His father the ever honorable ministry administrator, Abelard Huxley, worked long hours and was raised in the traditional fashion where the children and household fell upon the woman. On the other hand his mother and famous actress, Sutton Jewell, would vehemently disagree. As she built her success she basked in the limelight turning to philanthropic pursuits after leaving the stage. In turn the two left their beloved children at the behest of nannies and tutors.

Pierce excelled at flying from a young age and his parents wanting to nurture his skill, while not necessarily wanting to be involved, got him flying lessons from quidditch professionals.

Throughout his Hogwarts years he excelled in his exams (except divination which he could often be complaining about). He was of course sorted into Slytherin as he showed his cunning means from the moment he was born.
He took pride in matching or surpassing his siblings. He and Lorelei tolerated each other as he though she was an annoying twit most of the time and she him an arrogant git. The younger ones escaped his notice most of the time as he thought himself above them. Though, if he got any whiff of someone bullying or talking about his siblings there would be hell to pay. Unless that sibling was Remy. Remington was a whole other matter.

From the time he could understand Remy was his elder brother, Peirce followed his lead. Thinking and acting like him and though he would nenver admit it he admired Remy. Until She happened.

After Hogwarts Pierce signed with the Chudley Cannons and after a few good years was loving it. During this time he began seeing a young reporter for the Daily Prophet who covered the cannons weekly. Unlike his previous relationships that he had been in, this was as close to that “love” he had heard others talk so much about. So like anyother young man struck by cupid’s bow he decided to take her home for familial approval. His mother was overjoyed and his father gave nod before returning to work. Pierce was happy, he didn’t even notice the glances between his brother and his girlfriend. That is until he caught them intertwined in Remy’s room that night.

The girl cried and begged for forgiveness while his brother said nothing. That night was the night Peirce moved out of the family estate into a penthouse in Wizarding London. As far as he was concerned his brother was gone and love was for the weak.

When he got word his uncle had died and his fortune and the title that came with it was up for grabs Pierce swore Remy would never see any of it. Only one question remained. Who what his newcomer claiming to be his cousin.

Roleplay:
You come across one of these posts on the site. Please select one & reply as your character:

Option One -
Amelia Nixon was many things, but she was never a pushover reporter that people could just usher away with a busy shuffle past. She was dedicated and eager to cut to the very middle of the current political tensions because she was Amelia Nixon and her articles would most certainly become front page material.

“Sir, please! It’s for the Prophet, how do you feel-“

Another one brushed passed her, the shuffling busy masses making their way through Diagon Alley for the lunchtime rush. This had been the best possible time to get people, but none of them were giving her anything to go with.

Only momentarily discouraged, the short red headed lady took a seat on a nearby bench. Her quill resting in her left hand and her notepad ready in the opposite hand. Amelia pouted, tapping the quill against her leg as she scanned the waves of people for somebody - anybody - who looked like they had something to say.

She had been dreaming of her name in bold print, Amelia Nixon: The Source of Today’s Tomorrow. She had been dreaming of the larger office and the secretaries that would fetch her the morning coffee and fetch her anything she needed. The VIP interviews and the most exclusive press passes. But all Amelia had was a page seventeen piece on the rising number of frogs in London.

Hardened by a day of no success, the reporter stood up and started to trod off down the alley. A loose stone on the cobble path caught her heel, sending the distraught girl toppling down to the ground.

“Merlin’s fog watch, my heel is broken! Help!” she yelled as she tried desperately to recover her shoe frantically in the middle of the Diagon Alley moving crowds.

Option Two -
The snow had been falling steadily all morning and it didn't look like it was going to stop any time soon. Joshua Campbell scrunched his face up in a frown as he lifted his gaze to look to the sky. Snow. It really was quite a bother.

And it certainly didn't make it better that Diagon Alley seemed to be getting more and more crowded. Joshua sighed and pointed his wand at the large box that was currently placed on the doorstep of his shop. He had to get going. He had an order to deliver.

"Wingardium Leviosa!" The elderly man muttered and watched the box hover in the air for a moment. Honestly, did St. Mungo's really need that much tinsel? And with glitter of all things? He sighed again. If it hadn't been for the rather convincing stamp on the order, he would have been likely to believe it had been a prank by one of those orphaned rascals living up there.

Oh well, there was no point in waiting. Joshua deftly stirred the box down the doorstep and out onto the street, carefully levitating it above the heads of the crowd.

"Coming through! Coming through!" His voice sounded over the chatter of the crowd. "Keep out! Move ahead! Go on!" This was going way too slow. People were in the way and walking like they had all day! He huffed. Luckily the road was down hill.

"Coming through! Coming th--- arrrgh!" Joshua let out a loud shout as his feet suddenly slipped in the snow and sent him, the box, and several long strands of tinsel tumbling into the person who had been walking in front of him.

"For Merlin's sake!" Joshua muttered angrily as he hurried to his feet again, red and gold tinsel now decorating his black coat. "I am so sorry! This blasted snow!" He looked apologetic at the person he had crashed into.

Roleplay Response:
Option 1:

Pierce made his way through the stree as he rubbed his temples. ‘These sunglasses are pathetic’ he thought to himself. As his pain from the previous night’s events raged on, the loud female voice talking about the prophet didn’t help.

On instinct Pierce reached out to catch the woman before she hit the ground. “Maybe if you didn’t buy a cheap pair of heels that wouldn’t happen,” He said smugly. Rolling his eyes he pulled out a cigarette and offered one to the woman. Not caring if she got one or not he lit his own.

“The Prophet still out luring men with you lot?” He said raising an eyebrow. “What are you writing about, eh? Top fashions of today? 50 Ways to keep a wizard? If so you are failing at both it seems,” Pierce smirked moving to walk away. ‘Useless reporters…’ He hissed to himself. He turned to look at her again. “A little advice sweetheart, find a real career,” He sneered hoping she would have some fire in her to bite back and give him some entertainment today.

Boleyn

S’ils te mordent, mords les

The Boleyns are a pureblood family who originally resided in Callais, France. Tragedy struck when the patriarch and matriarch fell to illness and died. It was a swift fall and came without warning. Now the heirs and their new guardian are just trying to pick up the pieces of their lives.

adoptables

Dominik Boleyn
1942 | Ben Barnes | Durmstrang | Pureblood | Future Auror
OPEN

Eldest of the Boleyn children and favorite of the patriarch Tomas. Graduate of Durmstrang who was setting out to become the Auror he had always wanted to be when the news of his parents death reached him. Soon things became a whirlwind of duties and legalities as he and his sisters inherited their parts of the family fortune. With everything happening no one noticed that his reaction to the news of this parent’s deaths was void of one thing: surprise.

His relationships with his sisters are very good. His best friend is his sister Siobhan and they both strived to make sure that their sister Angelique had a better childhood than either of them. He always made sure he took Siobhan’s side as much as he could without drawing too much attention to why she needed protection.

Now that his parents are gone he promised himself and his grandmother that he would never again let anyone control him or his siblings. He would protect his family at all costs.

Angelique Boleyn
1953 | Angourie Rice | Student of Cavendish School for Girls | Pureblood
OPEN

Angelique is the youngest of the three boleyn heirs and the favorite of their mother, Annalise. Angelique is a lively girl who is very naive to the world around her which is not surprising given her age. Her mother kept her sheltered from her father’s wrath but at the cost of allowing her sister Siobhan to receive it. As a result Angelique knew nothing of her father’s bursts of anger or her mother’s cold nature. She believed her parents to be the epitome of parental love.

She is not quite close with her grandmother as she believed what her parents thought that Lady Faye was only after the fortune the Boleyn’s had amassed. Now that she is under Faye’s guardianship she has seen to be using her mother’s tactic of being cold natured.

With her siblings on the other hand she is the picture of grace and warmth. She often is found seeking the comfort of her sister with numerous art lessons or with her brother who is helping her learn to ride a broom.

She currently attends the Cavendish School for Girls in London and can’t wait to attend Hogwarts when it is her time.

Faye Graymare
1900 | Cate Blanchett | Slytherin | Noble Heiress | Pureblood
OPEN

Faye Graymare is a noble pureblood who married the now deceased Lord Graymare when she was 16. They had a few children one of who would become Annalise Boleyn, mother to the three Boleyn heirs. Annalise was one of Faye’s closest children but after she married Tomas Boleyn she cut her mother off completely.

Faye only saw her grandchildren a few times until Siobhan began to write to her. Siobhan soon became close with her grandmother and visited as often as she was allowed.

When Faye learned of her daughter and son-in-law’s deaths she couldn’t help but grieve though it was short lived. She knew she had to be strong for her grandchildren; she was honored when Dominik asked for her help with guardianship as he was only recently of age.

She hopes to become the guardian her grandchildren deserve and make their lives that of joy and not terror.

→ CHARACTER INFORMATION.

Name:Siobhán Boleyn

Birthday:December 21, 1945

Hometown:Calais, France

Bloodline:
Pureblood

Magical Strength (pick one):
Charms

Magical Weakness (pick one):
Divination

Year (pick two):
3rd/ 4th

Roleplay:
Reply as your character to the following:

Godric Park.

Overhead, the sky was a crisp blue, for once clear of the ever-pervasive spongy clouds and rain. The sun was a lemony-yellow presence, high in the Eastern sky, and in front of it zipped three broomsticks in a straight line, or something very like one. One... two..... three... the boys passed, their shouts of excitement echoing as they chased the snitch, a tiny shimmer reflecting the sunlight.

Far below was another, much smaller broomstick.

It trugged along the ground, hugging close to it like a sluggish choo choo train and occasionally shuttering in protest. This was because said stick was currently being occupied by a very small girl who was tugging upward on the front of it with all her might, trying to coax it into doing what it had been expressly designed NOT to do.

"John, I said wait up!" The tiny girl squealed, giving the broomstick another tug.

Begrudgingly, it drifted upward a foot, and then sank, depositing the troublesome girl safely on the ground. Janey Hurst was not pleased. In a huff, she hopped off the toy safety broom, grabbing it firmly and thrusting it handle first into the turf.

Her brother was such a beast. He NEVER let her play! She folded her arms, seething blue eyes fixing on another figure nearby. "You!" She barked, much more sharply than she meant to.

"...Do you want to play?"

Roleplay Response:
Siobhan had accompanied her grandmother to visit an old friend; trying her hardest not to show the boredom that was evident in her mind she kept a soft smile on her face as she sipped her tea. The house smelled of moth balls and death and was nothing like the manor of her parents. Her mother made sure that the elves always had the house smelling of fresh cut roses and had the flowers lining every hall. Her breath caught in her throat and she felt tears prick her eyes.

Her grandmother gave her a knowing look and nodded toward the door, giving Siobhan permission to be excused. The young girl apologized to her host which was waved away quickly as the woman went back to talking to Siobhan’s grandmother about something that had been in the Witch Weekly gossip section. Once outside she wiped the tears away that were threatening to fall. She would not be weak.

’Purebloods are anything but weak girl. Pull yourself together. This is embarrassing. You know better.’ Her father’s voice bounced around in her head just as he had spat at her many times before when she had cried. Lord Boleyn hated tears and ,though he never said, hated that he had only one boy instead of three. Girls, in his opinion, were only good for breeding.

Siobhan rolled her eyes. Her mother was the one who taught her that women only let men think that. Women were strong but they had to keep that to themselves otherwise the men would get upset. As she was giggling to herself she didn’t realize she had made her way to a park until she heard a small voice asking, no demanding if she wanted to play.

“What?” She asked looking down and seeing a young girl with a scowl on her face. “Play?” Siobhan thought to herself. “I don’t see why not...What would you like to play cherie?”
